@edwardthomasbennett by releasing the tension and I say to myself this is pretty good right now and it is getting better. Finding something to adore or love in me or in my life, alway helps. Today it was a smile on my sons face. I just hold it, milk it !!! AND WOW that is worth everything. I let it in... I allow that feeling to be me. I allow the love that is me in. And that makes me a match to what i want.

Yes I do get how it works! Cool how I found this vid. A few days ago I came up with this saying: "There must be a good reason" then I fine tuned it to: "there must be a FEEL GOOD! reason" . I say this if ever I start to wander from feeling good to being so bothered about 'getting things'. If something hasn't happened, there must be a feel good reason, coz I feel good!. After a few days of habitually doing this, you won't even care wots happened or not, you will trust it implicitly. Cheers! :D
