Mine wont walk properly either although i think we have adjusted the pegs in the right way...

I have another problem, i have a Wondows Vista laptop but i cant programm it cuz i think it says i need a different driver. Also, when i connect it to my laptop, my laptop doesnt find any software and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I know why it wont walk. You have the 4 walking gear pegs in the wrong position. Right gears have to be on the bottom, Left ones have to be in the top, they have to be lined up, then adjust them from there.
