I honestly think this series never got popular enough to continue because people didn't like the slightly realistic style of animation and the realistic clothes the characters wear. Couple of my friends turned it down cuz of that. Because the characters weren't wearing bright colored, tight fitting clothes that gave you fan service every 5 seconds.

@moad I know. Exactly. But most anime viewers are after fan service and cute animation I think. Which is why a lot of the really good anime like Juuni Kokki only get recognized by real anime lovers like us. It probably could have got finished if it was more popular. I mean... I only heard of it recently. And I watch lots. So much story left unfinished in the anime :(. Uh oh. Starting to ramble. Time to end this comment. Lol

@moad hi, actually its not the fault of the anime studio. The author managed to bring the taiki back (again) from japan (novels : Demon Child, The Shore at Twilight, The Sky at Daybreak) but she has mental blocks when it comes to reuniting taiki and tai king

I ADORED the novel series and quite liked the anime. I think Junni Kokki really showcases the beauty of Ancient Chinese culture, costumes, scenery, music, politics, mythology, etc. In a modern society like this, love for the ancient times is withering away... I really appreciate the author for creating this tale that is relatively accurate but still fantasy. The world of Twelve Kingdoms is so fantastic. Love the video, thank you. :)

Well, as you know...

I don't know this is true or not, but I have some information, Junni Koki being the obligatory movie for politician at Israel and most Arabian.

Well, specially, I don't really surprise if it's true because, It should be like that.

Junni Koki is not only "movie", but can define as LESSON. It's much important lesson such as righteousness, philosophy, politics, strategy and much more.

Even now, I'm still watching it and get much more lesson.
