Love this song. She's grown leaps and bounds since her first 2 albums (which were crap). Since Raphael Saadiq is on "Introducing...",the songs have a more organic, old school feel to them. And the girl can sing, so that really elevates that material. The only thing I don't like about Joss is that her voice can, at times, come off as being affected. But other than that, "Headturner" is a very catchy song.
