Nice job overall! The keyboard sounds great... excellent job on those tough diminisheds that are really hard to figure out by ear. The pics and pic effects suit the song quite well.
Some constructive criticism - Your rythym guitarist or second guitarist sounds a little messy from about 1:10 - 1:16. Your drummer could be just a LITTLE tighter in a few spots. The pic at 1:51 needs to be flipped. And not least of all... you need a BASS TRACK!
