  • hi nick nice action.

i did somthing simmilar with an automaton dwarf in a christmas grotto i did about ten years ago the dwarf in question was fast asleep in a frantic workshop scene, and for all the sawing hammering and screwdrivering going on in said workshop this guy was the most convincing, and endearing.

love your work man, keep it up.

  • Is this a fully closed puppet? and is that chest plate pushing against the latex (what im guessing it is), to achieve this effect, assuming its a fully closed puppet? (opening from the back i'm also assuming).

  • Wow, that works really well. Thanks for sharing. I will soon put that idea to use.

  • m_) so clever. thanks for sharing and being so inspiring as usual.

  • That was neat!

  • incredible! Love your work

And thank you for sharing your method!!

  • thanks nick for the demo

  • Excellent! Thanks for the tips... I might try something similar in a future puppet.

  • Pretty sophisticated. ;P

I guess when I get the supplies to make larger puppets, that might come in handy.
