Reading some of these responses, Justin Amy's turned out to run pretty well for himself, so maybe it's not the upset that you guys once thought it was.

P.S Any of you guys that are hatin on my team and on Justin Amy your just jeleous because your team is not as good as mine and you dont know anyone that is as good as justin he is the best he is also a very cool kid and a friend of mine so dont be hatin you dont know him and if you know people that could have beat him then why didnt they Your gonna be seeing more medals from my school at states soon even though we dont have justin anymore

hell yea Justin Amy is the best he was a major loss to our team this year I go to Lake Lehman and do track and all our coaches were talking about at the begining of the year was how we werent goin to let our losses affect us we did very well over all though Im very proud of my schools track team Justin Amy is the Best as well as Kelsey she rules

yeah we though we were going to state this year in the 4x4 and 4x8

the 2 ppl who were expected to do the worst on the relay got 2:00 and 2:01 and 51.6 and a 52.0

and the ppl that always run sub 2 and sub 51 did bad that day causing us state but shit happens next year :-D

its wierd our 4x2 4x4 and 4x8 are all the same ppl. and there all distance runners says something about are sprinters they suck.

yea I'm not newswatch 16 here I can record every race, and it's totally true, Amy is nowhere near the best 800m runner, Lakeland had 3 guys capable of beating him and even O'Hara had a few

hahaha i understna dif ur justins relatives and he ran a smart race but there is no doubt itf ur not retarded that pepson and babcanec should have gone 1-2 easily in that race but they got boxed in and for all who have actually followed pepson's and amy's carear and knew nethign about runnign everyone knos that pepson has a much better kick and had bad luck witht hat race as he did the previous year. your personally, lakelands number #1 fan
