you are right about the "spoiled" part. consider the hand sign like the other comment suggested. How old is she now? I wonder if she was responding more to the way how you hold your treat for sitting... It almost seems to me that she was maintaining a semi-sitting state, backing up until she could get at the treat... very smart, and almost cunning like a cat (who doesn't really give a damn to commands even if he understood it perfectly) Even with the spinning it was following your HAND...

In dog training, it's recommanded that you do not repeat your command, nor do you treat it until it performs the order. I don't suppose you're interested in "stay", "jump", and etc. My cat does the reaching all the time but I always refuse whenever he did something undesirable.
