I just use Ben Nye Nose and Scar Wax to cover my brows, and then set it with Translucent powder. :D I'll make to show the process when I block my brows for another look. :D

I got my pallete online.  I can't remember the website. It's Ben Nye's standard matte pallette. You can create your own as well. :)
