first im charging my entourage ps, do i press any button or just plug in and just wait , when i put this in the car, does it show a light on or off, dont want anyone to see it go on., i want to track this on my black berry , do i have to download any thing or just go on the site. ty

@pc52pc- This is a great alternative to Lojack...& mine works fine. I would recommend it to anyone who owns a car with a high theft rate. (Honda/Acura/Nissan/Toyota) if you had a bad experience with yours then complain to consumer affairs. my car is worth 20x the $700 your complaining about spending over 2 years!! ..Read the manual BEFORE you install it next time lol. Hope this helps other people who want piece of mind.

Don't spend money for this blackline gps It's gonna cost you a lot of money $400 for device and another $300 for the next 2 years. And you will have a lot of problems with that, its not work properly !!!!!(piece of shi...!!!!)
