cont.. I grew up in the villa and played all around there - I have very fond memories and don't find anything scarey about the place but rather the opposite. I imagine if you were to visualize your town or neighboorhood now all broken down and deserted you could see how poeple would find that creepy looking and make up all kinds of stories but really it would be over exaggereated of course.

LOL I find it humorous that so many people are now thinking this place it so spooky. I guess it is now that the villa is now abandoned and tore down and old building tend to give people the creeps and their imagination runs off with them. I and all my family grew up here and some lived most of thier lives in the villa when is was inhabitable. My mom and dad and other family members would hang out at the radar every week end to party and it really wasn't any more spooky then it ought to be.

I fully believe that there IS paranormal activity that takes places there. while I haven't experienced it every time I've been there, it was more often than not "something" happened. nothing occured there when it was a radar base, and even if there was deaths there, when it was a cement factory, I doubt it would be the traumatic type of death to create a haunting.

also, IMO for a proper paranormal investigation, you need to dig up hard history on the villa, so you know more of what type of phenomenon your looking for.

I've been there a few times, in every part of the building its creepy, and very inviting to the imagination, but not haunted.
