  • Go cresties!!! Woot woot

  • Crested geckos are gay......... bearded and leos all day

  • Now I know bearded dragons and leopard geckos are beginner lizards. But you didn't mention what they turn into once they're expert lizards.

  • @kozmon0t Feraligator and Charizard. Respectively.

  • this reminds me of the beginning of a pokemon game were you pick your pokemon

  • @zach3445 Oh god I'm dying here xD xD xD

  • Leopard geckos are very easy to keep an take care of it, I heard that you can keep them in a plastic container, but give the best to your lizard

  • thumbs up if u see the cobra :D

  • nice vid

  • Why are you giving the leopard gecko a bad rep they are jumpy when not handled or young but as handled adults don't do that.

  • were is yur pet shop

  • The crested gecko and leopard geckos are begginer, Im not saying they are easy, but they are easyist. BEARDED DRANGONS ARE NOT! you need a HUGE tank! and lots of heating and lighting!

  • @poporules8 I don't see how that makes them hard to take care of. As long as you have the money for a tank and heating and lighting, unless there's something I'm missing.

  • lilrowe21, funny but I suppose you are the master at animals?

  • no lizard id really "better" than the other

  • cresties <3

  • i just got a leopard geko and he is very jumpy he hates it when hold him but im gonna try to tame him when i get older i think i am going to be getting a bearded dragon the only thing is that they do get pretty big

  • @0010jackie when a leopard gecko is a baby he just needs to adjust. after a few days handle him briefly a few times a day. after prolly a month he will already be very easy to handle. i did this with mine and he loves being held and runs to my hand!

  • 1. Every animal on youtube is being abused.

    2. Nobody knows how to properly take care of their pets accept you and failing to educate the rest of the world on the errors of their ways would constitute animal cruelty

    3. Every exotic pet owner kills, sells or abandons their pets when they reach sexual maturity.

    4. It's easier to find out how much things cost and whether or not they are legal to own in your state by asking in the comment section on youtube then to just do a google search.

  • @lilrowe21 Hi peta.

  • haha its funny cause i have all 3 of these lizards i have 2 crested geckos 2 bearded dragons and 2 leopard geckos

  • I couldn't decide what to get so I got all of them!

  • WOW there is a cobra in the cage underneath!

  • this guy is a freak. im more natural expert. i use nature like care, thats why my bearded dragon is so tamed and a bit bitchy

  • U WILL HAVE TO GO TO A NY PET STORE

  • I'm buying a bearded dragon Monday -3

  • @lildumbkid cool, i'm gonna get my beardie setup next week and week after i done vacation job i'm gonna get the beardie ;)

    baby or adult one?

  • @KevinIsM8ig baby

  • @Quarter7337 it's gonna be a leopard gecko ;p

  • @KevinIsM8ig what did you end up getting?

  • @lildumbkid getting an adult, don't wanna go buy crickets every other day ;s

  • @lildumbkid yeah its a pain in the ass

  • @giuseppe1236 This guy kind of looks like he smokes weed everyday.

  • Lies. Leopard geckos are very, very, very holdable. They just need to per-say be tamed. Talk to them, place your hand in the cage, hold them for 15-20 mins a day [at about 5-6" hatchling handling should be minimal] and they'll be super sweet. Some are indeed a bit more flighty, but that's normal. They all have different personalities.

  • @ContracterYin Goddamnit, they'll NEVER trust you completely! Handling leos (and any other lizard) only stresses them out. Jesus christ, sometimes I feel sorry for your geckos...

  • @Z3r0K1ll4h Did I ever say they trust you completely? No. I said they're very hold-able. Ask any pro breeder. I do not hold my geckos often for the fact it does indeed cause stress, but minimal handling doesn't cause any damage.

Not only that, but lizards like tegu's have been known to enjoy being handled ;D therefore "any lizard" is wrong. I do nothing wrong to my gecko's and I do the best I can to keep them happy any healthy, so buzz off.

  • i know how handle my lizard but i don't know what to feed it may you please help me

  • @amjadama5er99 What kind do you have?

  • I'm getting a bearded dragon!! I can't wait!

I might even get 2 leopard geckos as well...

  • what about anoles???

  • I have Leo gecko and he loves being held right now he is in my hand

  • i have a leopard gecko,bearded dragon,and fire belly toads-planning on gettin more :]

  • 18-24 inches .. Oh didnt think they get this big ... I want one someday !

  • @MusicSoundsLights mine is only 14 and hes 6 years old

  • @shadowens0598 Oh .. thanks for the info ;)

  • i love leopard geokos

  • id love to get a bearded dragon, but i dont have room in my bedroom for a 4ft tank so im going to have to get a leopard gecko

  • @wolverine1865 bearded dragons do not need 4ft tank. mine is 6 years old and is happy in a 40 gallon (3ft) some can even live in 20 gallon.

  • @shadowens0598 welll i had heard that females can live in a 3ft tank, but most people say they need at least a 4ft tank (usually a 55 or 75 gallon tank)

  • i got a leo and he does look awesome but i didnt know they were animals that dont like to be handled much :/ id rather get a bearded dragon but hard choice now i gottta sell my gecko

  • i have a lepord gecko and she is super chill. and about 6 inches now perfect for a mellow lizard

  • i say beared dragon caues they like being hold and arent hard to care for

  • I like reptiles,dinosaurs,amphibians and dragons

  • @giuseppe yes the lids arnt on airtight and they probably have an oxegen filter in their cage aswell, they're fine =)

  • im pretty sure its leopard geckos, then beardie, then crestie!!! lol leos are just look at pets...

  • Hey all! =D

I want to get myself a beginner lizard and i can choose of : Leopard Gecko,Green iguana or bearded dragon.Which one should i choose? And i dont have 50ft long terrarium for him either.. i thought getting a bearded lizard but there arent any pet shops in 30 mile distance(for incects).. =( what to do?

  • @rogerile97 get either the gecko or the bearded dragon iguanas are in my personal experience quite awkkard as they get quite big and mine was quite aggresive towards anyone other than me

  • @thehornetlord Ok then iguana is out of the question but if i am going to buy a bearded dragon or a gecko ... how can i feed it?? can i get some crickets and raise them? or what.. because like i said there arent any pet stores near to go and buy some.

  • @rogerile97 you can raise crickets if you want but be warned they stink and if you dont keep them in a big enough area they have a tendancey to cannabalise each other i mainly feed my leopard gecko on mealworms.

  • @thehornetlord mealworms? hmm are they good enough for bearded dragons too? if yes then can you pm me and tell me verything to raise them =D

  • you posted this 1 day after my birthday! LOL

  • Ive got my leopard gecko today and hes 4 months and he enjoys being handled xD

  • What the hell is he talking about with the Leopard gecko that Leopard gecko is a baby baby leopard geckos are less handleable but adults like to be handled

  • HELLO WEREWOLF MAN

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR SHOW THE "WOLFMAN" WILL BE ON TV PLEASE STAY TUNED.

  • yunno he isnt saying on behalf of expert village at the start of every vid he just gets on with it thank god

  • hey people and lizard experts :P

I reeeeallly want to get a nice pet lizard that i can handle but will also enjoy being handled, mabye growing to about 7-8 inches, the bearded dragon looks good but thats a pretty big size as an adult

  • @fsxaviator Get a leopard gecko ,they dont get big, little requirements, and if handled everyday for a couple minutes they become very tame and handleable.

  • Bearded dragons-these are like hairless dogs get one

Leopard geckos sit in a hide all the time (even at night)

crested geckos these are just leos that can climb

  • I really want a bearded dragon but we can't have pets in the marines

  • thats not true about leos if you hold them and pay atention to them they like to be held

  • @MegaSierra123 he said they're flighty because that leo runs away from him. If it didn't he will absolutely say leos are super handleable. LEOS are afraid when A FAT MONKEY MAN grabs them!!

  • @FattyDudley lol! thats true!

  • haha at 0:14

  • is he a monkey with a ponytail?

  • @herpingandgaming don't judge him by his looks. asshole

  • @thedarklord229 srry and wasnt judging him my friend looks like a snake and him and i just laugh about it

  • when you wanna start with lizards, I love the Lygodactylus Williamsi is this a good chose or ...?

  • i have 2 leopard geckos and i am soon getting a bearded dragon

  • Bearded Dragons I like

  • Lol the lizard is like get me outta here >.<

  • Did anyone else notice that none of those containers had air holes?? if if they are not in there for lond it is still important for them to BREATHE

  • @giuseppe1236 oi retard notice the lid's wernt even on fully?

  • @giuseppe1236 the lids werent on fully!

  • @giuseppe1236 thats like you staying inside a car for less than 5 minutes, I dont think he left them in there for more than 10, aslo he didnt pressed the lid, its just barely over it,

  • @giuseppe1236 the lids were just sitting on top of the containers so air could get in.

  • @giuseppe1236 no cus if u look the lids are not on proper and there probably only there for the vid

  • @giuseppe1236 The containers weren't sealed, air can still get through.

  • @giuseppe1236 he did not close the lids all the way, thus there is a ring of space for air to flow out. dumbass.

  • @giuseppe1236 True but the containers were not sealed tight, so air can still get in and out. I think this guy thought of that, since its his job!!! :P

  • @giuseppe1236 reptiles don't breathe as much as mammles :) don't worry

  • @giuseppe1236 the lids arent totally on so there is space for air to get in

  • @giuseppe1236 he doesnt have the lids on tight there just placed on there

  • @giuseppe1236

he docent close it all the way and they don't breath that much

  • @giuseppe1236 The lids aren't snapped on. They can breathe.

  • @giuseppe1236 I agree ... expert village is no expert.

  • @giuseppe1236 i notice that the lid was abrely on so the air still gets in but not much i agree

  • @giuseppe1236 They're not even closed. Relax.

  • @giuseppe1236 not so much air holes in the back. mor like air holes in the bottom

  • @giuseppe1236

reptiles have very slow metabolisms (they aren't warm blooded after all. They are quite all right sitting around in a container without holes for the duration of this youtube video

  • @giuseppe1236 Agreed. NOT cool at all. He should know better.

  • @giuseppe1236 they still have air in their and still can breathe for a while and while he is opening them it gets fresh air in their...

  • @giuseppe1236 he doesnt put the top on all the way. he just sets it on top

  • do you change your clothes and go to 1:03 and listen

  • very very very very

  • haha that guy sed at about 1:04 hes not goin to apear in your crack somewher

  • What do they eat (either one of them)?

  • @ParadiseofTruth leopard gecko normally feed on crickets mealworms and occasionally a waxworm or pinkies. beardies feed on veggies and insects and also the occasional pinkie. credties feed primarily on a product commercially known ass crested diet food. which is just a powder you mix with water and they do enjoy an occasional cricket or two

  • i feel like im picking a pokemon XD

  • I would also say an anole is an easy to care pet.

  • @piflan Good starting lizard but they don't live that long and aren't as hardy as a bearded dragon I got my first beardy when I was 2

  • @mblizardfreak Yeah I'm rocking with a Beardie, Chinese Water Dragon, Pacman Frog, and Red Footed Tortoise. A beardie is the best beginner lizard in my opinion, I was just adding anole in because they are easy as well.

  • Thats not a leopard gecko it's a west banded gecko

  • @MrDoeboy12 are you really that stupid?

  • Was that King cobra in the cage underneath?

  • go for armadillo lizards if you want a interesting lizard to watch and easy to care for plus are social animals but hard to find in pet market

  • Are you Fuckinggg serious ????

  • what do you think is the best beginner reptile for someone who doesnt have alot of room for something big and needs something easy to care for ?

  • @thexbox1801 propaly a leopard gecko they are little lizards and very eazy to handele

  • What I hate about expert village the most, besides its wrong information, I hate the fact that they have to devide everything into like 9 seperate videos. I had to watch FOUR different videos to figure out how to make Dip!

  • i'dsay that your wrong that leopard geckos do not like being held cause all my leopard geckos loved being held. so i say that a leo is the best beginer lizard

  • i'dsay that your wrong that leopard geckos do not like being held cause all my leopard geckos loved being held.

  • I believe one of the best beginner lizrards is the Uromastyx Mali. Though they aren't well known, they're very much like bearded dragons as they dwell in deserts. With that said, the two things that make this particular lizard a better fit is their diet and nature. As herbivores, they need no forms of protein unless given as treats, (meal worms, small crickets.) They are also more handleable as opposed to beardies. This of course comes from experiance.

  • One of my mom's freinds had a bearded dragon, it was about 5 years old. They get big, but there freindly. I once wen't to a park and there was a man walking his bearded dragon. There amazing, gentle, and calm.

  • ohh forgot to add tis to the comment below. the lizard i want was a beardie but m morher said no and my father said yes.

  • my mother said no but my father said yes.

  • the best is a ackie moniter =) thn a savvanah

  • My leopard geckos lovee to be handled, leopard geckos can just walk into your hand adn they are really good handling lizards

  • hi! how do you feed them when you go in hoiday!

  • ..First off, comming from a Leo breeder, Leopard geckos if handled lightly early on, make GREAT handable pets, mine tend to just sit on my sholder or fall asleep in my hand. .... The crested gecko requires more attention to habitat than that of the Leopard Gecko or Bearded Dragon. The bearded dragon being one of the best starter animals from birth to adulthood, also can feast on vegi's from time to time (as the crested can eat some fruit as well) unlike leopard geckos, crikets/mealworms only

  • so stupid all matters on ur animal my leo loves being held

  • thank you, you would not say that in my face ! let the animals free

  • All animals were created for a purpose, and not to be in cages or as "pets " they should be free as we are ! FREE THEM ALL

  • @95turbobmr You are a retard.

  • There all Good pets. Cresties are easier to take care of though.

  • Beginner gecko?! Feed the gecko ten bugs in a minute and upgrade to level 2! wth man seriously they are pets you don't need levels.

  • @95turbobmr he never said anything about levels, beginner as in experience. for you short minded people, a tegu or monitor is not a beginner lizard as they are pretty hard to take care of. along with the nile monitor or tree monitor which is an expert.

  • this guy is dumb man oh the leopard gecko is very flighty they are really just a look at animal wtf dude i have 8 leopard geckos a only 2 are flighty that cuz they r only 2 weeks old lol

  • actually i believe that the handle ability in each of these depends on the reptile, for example my crested gecko isnt jumpy at all he either sits there or crawls on me.same with beardies, some might hate to be handled, just most put up with it.no reptile actually ENJOYS being handled, same with leos some will put up with it and some wont.

  • But tho's reptiles hate b'in played whith not a good pet.

  • does anyone know any lizards that are like sloths? like they aren't hyper n jumpy?

  • don't listen to the leopard gecko. they can be extremely friendly although some tend to be rather jumpy most are very nice. as babies they are extremely jumpy though.

out of my 5 leopard geckos not one does not like to be handled one of them is like a dog.

  • best beginner lizard is a tegu...just kidding!!! but in my opinion, the best beginner lizard is a house gecko, a green anole, or a leopard gecko.

  • Aren't chinease water dragons really good beginner lizards?

  • @mustsk8alienworkshop no not really they make good experienced pets but my brother had to learn that the hard way.

  • get a tegu

  • nice vid but i think that leos are fine with being handled as long as you limit it and your right i love bearded dragons.

  • bearded dragons are awsome

  • I want a Crested Gekco! :D

  • Ive had my leopard gecko for 10 years now, They are super easy to keep. Water , Food, Heat and a cave and tey are happy as hell.

Im actually looking at getting a bearded dragon soon, i like how tame they are,

Good vid by the way. i enjoed watching them all. very informative for a beginner

    Thanks

  • Wow, 10 years!

    Congrats.
