@MarcellusHellraiser Wynne will mention that she is going to travel with Shale to Tevinter to try and make her mortal again. Since it was an add-on, they didn't add it to the official ending on the xbox. This is probably an add on for computers. There are tons of them.

@titytit Actually it's a mental transfer, the problem in what you're thinking is that there is no difference between male and female in thought process and opinion. Actually shale still IS a she, and if you're thinking of it in that sense than if anybody could change their bodies than nobody would have a gender, correct? Also for all you know the " modifications" made by the mage that changed her size removed any "genitals"

That was a character mod cheat. It's a cheat to make your character into an Iron Golum but the glitch is that if you use it on anyone other than your guy the image becomes messed up. Just like in the video. That's why you couldn't see her head.
