@SecretSpetsnaz I'm flag waving, and I do know a good military. They protect my country daily from threats both foreign and domestic. Sure, Spetsnaz train hard and brutal...but so do Green Berets, Army Rangers, SEAL teams, Marine Recon, and Para-rescue.
@SecretSpetsnaz im a pround american flag waving civilized steak eating american that is under the protection of a millitary that could crush almost any force with its allys and shere force. i love foreign culture and wish to learn russian my self. you are a anti american troll who thinks his contries culture is superior and that everyone else is a vicious animal.
Overoy...I don't know why you thought this sucked but actually it was pretty damn good. It showed the life of ordinary soldiers on the ground without any special effect and having done time myself I'm damn well impressed. Any case these Russian special forces have already proven themselves worthy among the elite in the world through their own wars in the past and special operations unbeknown-st to the world.
oh this reminds me of a spetnaz military prade/show a lietenant alwoed me and 2 other ppl fire a WA2000 theres only 14 in exsitence (i think its 14). and before you argue with me search for the WA2000 locations and it should tell you the whereabouts of each of them. 6 are owned by the same guy
@Rycka152 This is Russian group - heh.. I can hardly spell it on English but I'll try. "Smyslovie Gallutsinatsii - Vechno molodoi" (on Russian is "Смысловые галлюцинации - Вечно молодой")
@williamhad If you read a few books or went to some site its been proven that spetsaz beat seals and marines and commandos in everywar game they had since 1999
@jimcoolfilms Chechenia today is one of modern republic of Russian federation,new houses,new life,no taloban ,no terrorists,good easy republic,Putin make great job,i hope when USA army go out of zone of conflict thay do same thing
@ToiletBomberAlpha The only reason as you said "kicked asses in Chechnya" was the dirty politic game of corrupted russian politicans. They sold military weapons to the terrorists and they didn't give a f*ck about soldiers's life. Russian Cossacks several times asked Putin to send them to Chechnya, believe me, they would f*ck ALL Chechnya in 3 days. That is why Russian Spetsnaz had his hands TIED.
used to work with a guy who used to be in bulgarian spetsnaz even though he is in the US army now he still loves the AKs though he says US silensers are better
@SpetsnazVympel You are a scumbag for trying ta say that shit to me boy. NEWSFLASH, YOU DON'T LIVE IN RUSSIA MOTHER FUCKER YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES. So why don't you save yer FAKE Russian patriotism that you'll never prove to be true and SHOW SOME GODDAMNED RESPECT for the ones who are serving to give you all the privlidges you you have now WHILE YOU ARE LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Don't talk to me anymore you fucking honorless degenerate.
@SpetsnazVympel Is that so? Russians have more national pride? Care to explain why Russia has MUCH higher amounts of young men trying to go AWOL and desert than the United States military, (i'll give you a hint, it's the same reason why the Russians have such a large military to population ratio.)
Although this wasnt addressed to me I had to comment "Care to explain why Russia has MUCH higher amounts of young men trying to go AWOL and desert than the United States military" - This could be in part because while people love their country, the Russian army is a brutal place even for the lowliest of jobs, the pay rates are not the most competitive atleast in the past and their are very brutal insurgencies soldiers would often be posted to, lastly they are conscript
@DasVivo Well actually it was the last point you brought up that I was reffering to. Notice that I said it was the same reason why they have such high numbers of military personnell. The Russians have compulsory military service meaning that you HAVE TO serve. The U.S. has an all volunteer force and you would expect it to have a smaller servicemember to civillian ratio, but of course there are going to be less deserters in an all volunteer force.
@DasVivo yeah but, I don't why you had to answer to that particular post though. It's not like I didn't figure that you already knew. I wanted SpetsnazVympel to figure it out for himself.
@SpetsnazVympel In operation Red Wing those 4 SEALs killed 120 taliban in the 2 hour fight. It was 4 against 200. I have red Marcus Luttrell's book. The battle of mogadishu was a succes. They killed all the 4000 militia.fact. It was 180 pro's against 4000 maniacs. Just saying that Alfa should had done better. Even the US SWAT team could had done it better (my opnion about it).
The "180 pros" also consisted of countless aircrews bringing heavy firepower to the fore during the battle, the 4000 maniacs were largely militias whos training/experience and equipment varied remarkebly
The whole reason in Beslan so many people died was the bomb exploded while things were still being organized, when an attack wasnt planned, They had to react and they reacted the best anyone could, by then most had died from that bomb however
Most SWAT teams would not stand up to the firepower the Terrorists had in Beslan,
2 PKM belt fed MG's, Tripwire boobytraps, Dragunov sniper rifles, AK74s with attached launchers, RPGs, Suicide Bombers, HUGE explosives on dead man switches in a room full of dehydrated hostages, where gas masks were also available making tear gas and similar impossible
You just look at the number of deaths and claim that it equates to utter failure without looking at circumstances
Lastly Operation Redwing had 19 deaths vs 135 unconfirmed Taliban (A whole Chinook was shot down), Which by no means belittles the SEALs efforts, but atleast credits the Taliban with the successes they achieved
School full of terrorists and hostages including suicide bombers.
That ain't easy situation. Of course in Red Wing they killed lot of Talibans but remember that Talibans are not well trained and they don't afraid to be killed.
Always the defender got higher scores than attacker. Remember what 9th company did in Hill3234. 39 VDV soldiers against 500 mujahediins.
@SpetsnazVympel I say that Alfa is not as good in there job as NATO police anti terrorist units. You say to me show respect well I actualy do. I am just saying what I think and heard about Alfa. If I was swearing against them then I am disrespectfull. Its just Beslan was such mess.
I'm American; I hope to join the Navy SEALs one day but I have to say. These guys are pretty bad ass. I hope SEALs and the Spetsnaz can work together sometime, but I doubt it'll happen. I'm not too big on the Russian but aren't there KGBs and GRUs or something like that?
I have putted comments on this clip before that the Spetsnaz sucks and all that, well I was WRONG. And I will tell you guys why. I thought Spetsnaz fucked up the theatre siege and also Belsan 2004. But those weren't Spetsnaz but ALFA group(anti terrorist unit of the FSB). Spetsnaz are pro guys. Its Alfa Group who fucked up allot. But still US special forces are better. Example SEALs, DELTA, Green Berets, PJ's. Actualy everybody is good in what they do.
Ummm, ALFA Is spetsnaz, SAS is spetsnaz, so is KSK, SPetsnaz simply refers to special formations regardless of nationality, ALFA is simply the Russian Delta Force, drawn from the ranks of other spetsnaz units to fill the national CT role
Lastly Nord Ost (Moscow) went perfectly from their angle of things, its the treatment by emergency services that got people killed and the lack of information on the chemical agent used (political) not the ALFA team
As for Beslan? It was a hostage event unparralled by anything in the West, over 1000 hostages in close proximity, high explosives, 30+ heavily armed (PKMs, Dragunovs, Tripwires, RPGs etc)experienced and ruthless terrorists, angry crowds, the battle/rescue only occured when the bomb went off unexpectedly and at the time half the ALFA unit were practicing how to assault the place elsewhere, ALFA and Vympel did the best anyone could in the circumstances, they fought heroicly
@SpetsnazVympel First of all, I noticed you took down my comment I left on yer on page without a response. I wonder why that is, but in any case I would like for you to tell me how it is that the Spetsnaz have a 95% washout rate when they have 15,000 personnell in Spetsnaz GRU alone. In case you haven't gotten it yet the ENTIRE Russian active duty military isn't large enough to put through 15,000 personnell into a training program with a washout rate of 95%.
Seals are better then berets ,spetsnaz the seals have believed to be the most intense training in the world next to the S.A.S but i respect all of the special forces

@SpetsnazVympel Hell is not a bad word its a name of a place full of demons and yes i do rspect both as well my great uncle died in WWII while in the red army while his sister (my great grandma) came to america and my great grandpa died in WWII as well he wus in the U.S army
@SpetsnazVympel yeah id like to see them go into seal training which lasts over a year and much more likley to make it into the green berets and seals? that makes perfect sense whne there are only about 2,000 SEALS AT THE MOMENT AND ONLY 5,000 GREEN BERETS and 15,000 spetsnaz your logic makes no sense appearantly there are more sptesnaz than both combined and the spetsnaz may train for 2 years but berets and seals have it MUCH MORE INTENSE ever heard of hell week?
@arbiter555 Well for starters dude, many of the Green Berets and SEALs have to train up to two years or just under that but supplementing yer point I think it should be made note of than in addition to the combination of U.S. Special Operations field forces combined from all the services being smaller than Spetsnaz GRU alone, the U.S. military is also larger than the Russian military. The Spetsnaz maybe gruelingly trained but they are less selective. It's an arguable numerical fact.
The numbers may be misleading, firstly the term "brigades" implies a possibly different meaning to that in Western Armies (Western means 3-5000 men) in Russian armed forces that number can be anything from a hundred to hundreds of soldiers, so when they say Spetsnaz brigades those numbers may be not as vast as often cited, (Victor Suvovrov is a bad source aswell)
@DasVivo Sorry for the late response, anyways, I appreciate your analysis and rational approach as well, but I wasn't referring to unit sizes. I understand brigades, regiments, etc, have different sizes under different defense departments of different nations, and in particular Russian and American would be different since one is former Warsaw, and one is NATO, but I was referring to the numbers of the Russian military as a whole.
Secondly the drop out rates can be misleading aswell, If group (A) is more physically fit and hardened through whatever reasons compared to group (B) then obviously group (A) will probably have less attrition through a tough selection process....
Overall I would say GRU SpN and that of USSF and SEALS and all other of these similar tier units are the same capabilities really, and all of them still look up to their Tier 1 brothers (Delta, CAG, Alfa, Vympel, SAS etc)
@DasVivo Alfa in tier 1??? are you fucked in the head?? hahaha. Tier 1 are (SEALs, DELTA, SAS and other NATO SF my friend). Go look it up this one Polish GROM. And I am not attacking you with this comment just saying thats all. Alfa are big fuck ups. If you want to know why read my first comment of today.
"Big fuck ups"? Tell me their fuckups, and I'll tell you why they probably didnt go down so well, oh and tell me about a single operation SAS, DELTA etc do that is the same as ALFAs "fuckups" that went so succesfully
@bennyronny Wow...lets see other SF troops able to do what Alfa did in beslan...1000+ hostages is nothing like the rescue missions that other SF units went through, it is impossible to save all of those civilians....furthermore the terrorists werent fuckups who get themselves killed while sleeping or looking the wrong way...they thought on drugs to keep them running...and are armed to the teeth..Alfa would have done well if the terrorists werent such assholes
@999cheetos999 You can't fool me, Theatre siege in Moscow was a fuck up to thanks to alfa group. Next time if something like this happens again then Russia better asks help of NATO SF example police antiterrorist units like GSG9, GIGN, ore military example Dutch MARSOF, SAS, US navy SEALs..... These units are the best in what they do ore better let the Spetsnaz do it if Russia wants. Alfa group sucks.
@bennyronny ALFA did their job..pump the gas, kill the terrorists, save as much lives ,and leave the rest to the cleanup crews /medics. Russian security was able to ask help from the british special air service on what precautions and strategies they can suggest in this situation, they planned on spreading knockout gas.And maybe this is where you only heard of ALFA? Alfa was one of the most deadliest special force during the soviet union, they were called Group "A" Tunder then
@999cheetos999 Knock out gas?? haha. It was poison gas. fact. All the hostages were killed thanks to that poison gas. Alfa are fuck ups to me just saying thats all. I am not attacking with comments just telling my opinion lol.
Hey idiot do you just ignore everything we have outlined before, the reasons why your criticism is stupid is because you compare teams who have vastly different experiences, You also said "These units are the best in what they do ore better let the Spetsnaz do it if Russia wants. Alfa group sucks" -- ALFA is Spetsnaz, Vympel = Spetsnaz, DEVGRU = Spetsnaz, SAS/SASR = Spetsnaz, its just a term that denotes special forces generally, ALFA are just CT trained, and they did brilliantly
@DasVivo I mean the ARMY spetsnaz(GRU). The Alfa unit sucks man. The army spetsnaz are hard as fuck. Go visit (labidala) he has some footage of Spetsnaz in chechnya(just watch all hes clips very good channel). And no there are no lists just tributes about the greatest men that ever lived.
Can you give me any reason to agree with you that that ALFA unit sucks? Considering they draw their members from others such as GRU I believe, I don't see why they'd be any less hard, all your reasons against them we pretty much argued against in the messages below
@bennyronny Your attacking facts....The substance was a powerful knockout gas that requires the hostages to have good airflow in their systems,where the medics forgot the procedure due to the intense situation that is happening. Spetsnaz GRU are "hard as fuck" since they are directed to warfare. ALFA is mostly for covertops,paramilitary,hostage rescue, presidential security and antiterror .
@DasVivo You see, the Russian military is about half the size of the U.S. military when you take out the 400,000- 500,000 conscripts in the Russian military. If you do the math that would mean that the majority of the entire professional Russian ground forces and Russian Navy would have to have washed out of Spetsnaz GRU at one point or another if SpetsnazVympel's assertions that the Spetsnaz GRU have a 95% washout rate were correct. It's ridiculous, they do not have a 95% washout rate.
Firstly I appreciate your well written and sensible responses aswell;
Umm while your numbers are quite accurate, I do believe GRU take up conscripts aswell to take part in service as SpN, The selection process is probably just as tough (Lack of evidence to suggest otherwise), however those who are conscripts will serve less time and thus be slightly below their full time counterparts in experience and training (due to time)
As for the washout rates; These numbers while of course fluctuating every year for every unit depending on the candidates available, I am afraid I am not aware of for the majority of SF units, I tend to go with the idea that for the most part, most modern developed nations have roughly the same capability units, With GRU and USSF being roughly equal, DELTA, ALFA, SAS, KSK etc being the same etc, Avoids alot of the wanking people need to do for their own units lol
@DasVivo Sorry i took so long to respond dasvivo, but onto the washout rates. Dude it's hard to compare those among the tier one units. Like comparing Delta to Spetnaz I believe (but don't know,) that the Delta washout rates would be much lower because you have to go through alot just to get a shot at Delta. But saying that some of the Spetsnaz are conscripts is a hard pill to swallow. The time it takes to train a Spetsnaz soldier will often exceed the duration of most conscript enlistments.
@DasVivo What I meant in that last comment was that my understanding of Delta, (and I don't KNOW all of this for a fact because Delta is so secretive,) is that usually someone who shoots for Delta has to have already had numerous combat missions under his belt and has to have served with a pretty prestiegous unit that has high washout rates to begin with; so I'd imagine Delta's washout rates aren't gonna be as high as one might initially think.
No problem on the time to respond; I had heard though it now seems to have been confirmed otherwise that some SpN were conscript this might be due to confusion of "Special purpose" as a term so I may well be wrong there.. Yes I think you are quite right about the Delta washout rates possibly being lower due to the fact applicants are oftened hardened (unfortunately for us we just have to assume alot), I dont think we really disagree on much though as a whole
Interesting though, I spoke with a member of ODONs recce troops (Elite rapid reaction recon soldiers of MVD VV) and he said that within his company of 90 men after six months only 6 remained which is a very high washout rate, That said, this isn't even a SpN unit nor is it possible to say that every year its a different set of candidates, If the same people keep putting their hands up every year, it could be possible to keep high washout rates without using everybody once
No I believe OMON are just riot police really, ODON is a seperate thing which to what I can gather basically is the rapid reaction (better quality) internal troops (MVD VV), The MVD VV Spetsnaz (fmrly 'Rus' and 'Vityaz' for example) are probably more comparable with the FBI HRT I think, OMSN/SOBR is like Russian SWAT I believe as they act on a far more local basis and for smaller crimes rather than large scale combat/terrorist attacks
By and large I think the statistics on washout rates might be a little more multidimensional then people realize, and I tend to for sake of simplicity and neutrality view Delta, Vympel, Alfa, SAS, SASR, KSK etc as all pretty much equal units with incredible reputations
Lastly; Im not even sure of the 15000 GRU SpN numbers as being accurate myself; I'd have to check up on actual well repute Russian sources to be 100% sure but the 30K sited was for the cold war and todays numbers seem to be less known (10 units identified easily, with one having 960 men, not specifying support/fighters)
And the Russia 2 million. And they can easily reach their army power to 10-20 million soldiers. Even the Finnish Defence Forces had about 800 000 men in 1980, and Finnish population is just about 5,2million. So i think that the Russian patriotism is more high than US.
@FINwarfare If you aren't intelligent enough to see what's illogical about what you just said then i am not gonna bother responding. This would all be if we took the time to ignore the fact that none of what you said had anything to do with any comments I made.
@SpetsnazVympel ug you are still arguing over whos better? K russia has a smaller population than america america has alot more like 20 million or somthing like that russian spetsnaz has 15,000 personnel Green berets only have like 5,000 and SEALs only have 2,000 so out of like A KAJABILLION ppl in the U.S 7,000 of them got into the green berets and seals spetsnaz still has more and wut do you think taht means? and the seals and green berets have to go through like a couple month of training
@SpetsnazVympel What?? Now you are starting about country's!! I don't have a problem with Russia! We were talking about spetsnaz, Soviet union and NATO sf and thats all. I even have Russian friends so why do I have to hate Russia while Russia has capetalist standarts! It hate the former Soviet Union only that. Its just weird how Russia handles with hostage situations thats all.
"i saw it on satellite tv" lolz ur part of the vast majority of ignorant americans in this country that believes everything he sees ontv go back to playing mw2 u lil bitch
@buu291 I am Albanian and I live in europe. you are a boring person for to speak with so you better shut up because you are a little child that doesn't know shit about NATO sf ore about military's
@bennyronny i rest my case ur from a third world shithole somewhere in eastern europe, learn english before u talk shit homeboy. oh n by the way i did serve in the US Air Force so i know my fair share of ACTUAL military procedure n policy. dipshit cunt ur country's prolly next on the list to get bombed by the pigs u so viciously protect.on this forum. STFU or GTFO
@buu291 hahaha. The way you talk man!! Makes me laughe!! And I have to believe that you have served in the US airforce?? haha lol. You propably got fiered. Ore maybe you have something against the navy lol. And what is your problem actualy anyway?? why did you start talking to me? What is your point? You think you are the person who knows the most about military things?? lol.
@bennyronny why would i have anything against the navy if they are a sister branch of the usaf do u realize how stupid u sound? the point i was trying to get across before u called me a quote "fucking junkie", is that the US navy seals while though good at what they do like they are trained to do, just arent as hardcore as spetsnaz operators.
@buu291 Look what spetsnaz have acomplished with hardcore!! more than 500 innocent deaths during hostage situations! You call that harcore?? Does it impress you that they can hit bricks?lol even people who do Taekwondo can do it after a few years. The most important self defence sport for SF is Krav Maga and that is what all the NATO sf use and also Dutch Marines, British Marines..... But the Russians have also Systema wich is almost the same as Krav Maga but Krava Maga is more realistic.
@bennyronny so u r telling me that SEALs coulda done it without a hitch? n by spetsnaz being more hardcore i meant their training n ethos as warriors, it is brutal and designed to turn a human being into a weapon. shit they do in their training would be considered inhumane n unethical here in the US and NATO wide. there is no perfect martial art all have strengths and weaknesses in fact i practice a little bit of both along with sum other m. arts it just depends on what the situation calls for
@buu291 Yeah I know what you mean about the fighting sports but I am talking about the most "realism" defence sport is Krav Maga, just saying thats all. If you practice Krav Maga than its better to do that than some other crapy eastern(asian) fight sport. If you know what I mean. But boksing and Krav maga those 2 are the good ones to mix.
@bennyronny n yes beslan was a tragedy but think about it, we are talking about hundreds of hostages in a school. long corridors and confined spaces are a nightmare when it comes to cqb warfare to add to this the terrorists had time to set up booby traps, bombs, tactical positions and even mounted machine guns IN the school. to any SF group this is potential suicide no matter if theyre SEALs Spetsnaz SAS FFL or EKO Kobra.they tried and at least they saved some instead of none give em some cred
@buu291 I have red books about navySEALs so I know allot more about the SEALs than you do. You don't have to tell me about the SEALs understand? SEALs work in a profesional way, they can handle everything just like you have said they are very good at what they are trained for and that is handle every situation whatever it is in any inviorment, cold, warm, water, mountain, woodland, dessert, jungle, urban. and they are masters in it. But I am not saying that Spetsnaz suck but they fucked up allot
@SpetsnazVympel I do respect them but if you start badmouthing the SEALs no wonder that I start a discussion. And here again you are doing it again (rangers suck) are you that ignorant?? 17 rangers got killed en 2 Delta's but they died with honor. I saw it on satelite tv a few months ago a documentary about operation Just Cause, they said there were max 4000 guards. And you Soviets got fucked pretty hard by those rebels. Battle of mogadishu was not fail they killed also 4000 militia.
Ooooh, cut that childish crap about "My Special Forces are better than yours". Show respect towards each other and enjoy the video, that's why we're here, right?! BTW, this is a really cool video.
i used to work for the govt and the single most feared threat are these russian "super soldiers" i have more respect for them more than Army SFOD-D, SEALs, or AF CCTs. they're all good but these guys are the best in the world hands down
@SpetsnazVympel 27 deaths. Its doesn't mather who stormed the palace. What mathers is how much troops you send in. The US military has a special operations suport group(US army RANGERS) wich are 500 times better and stronger and more specialized than VDV. VDV=regular us army airborne troops. In the battle of mogadishu they used only 160 "back up" forces to assist the 20 Delta Force operators to do there mission. It was 180 against 4000. "333" is very low actualy and not that "wow".
@bennyronny Seriously, you don't have to like Spetsnaz but at least show some respect to them. They do their job as well as any other group. And I'm beginnig to be tired to this US vs Russia disccussion.
@SpetsnazVympel No they haven't, Putin thinks they have but they haven't non of them ore all of them they failed. "333" was conducted with 600 paratroopers wich is cowardness for to storm a building on top of a hill. If you think they have achieved than you are a manece. And why?? You don't acomplish something by killing 300 innocents to get to the terrorists. Than you better let the mob do the job instead of getting a worser reputation.
@SpetsnazVympel THE SEALS HAVE THOSE QUALITIES you jackass otherwhys I would never tell you have they haven't!! SEA, AIR, LAND that speaks enough now you moron are you stupid ore what?? SEALs did operations everywhere with succes in every country also in Grenada, Panama and lower country's like Culumbia. Spetsnaz fucked it up in Beslan they fucked it up badley mission is not ecomplished if 27 spetsnaz are dead and 300 childeren also. Are you sick ore what? Same thing with the theatre.
@SpetsnazVympel And the US navy SEALs have those standards to acomplish there mission thats also not only that thing that they have a reputation but how they conduct a mission and that they operate like real frogmen underwater and on the water and inland. You are Russian you can say annything what you want about your country's military and suport it but if you going to start badmouthing the NATO sf than you can fuck off realy. Just saying because you don't know nothing about NATO sf.
@SpetsnazVympel You are conducting a war against me with arguments. Point is you don't have an military anymore to fight with talks anymore because I already have destroyed you by telling facts. Its unusefull to still argue because the whole world also knows(defenatly the west) that spetsnaz are the worlds most amaturistic sf that excist. fact. Its not that you can hit bricks that you are special. But its that you are quick, smooth, strong, stand every temperature, expert in special warfare.
@SpetsnazVympel You are idiot man. The spetsnaz didn't earn a reputation and never wil only they ar known for the beat ups that they get during training fact. The Spetsnaz are known for neither of those they have proven nothing just made it worse for them self and I also explained what those things were what they have fucked up. SEALs have those qualities and the best and they are trained to handle every temperature and to deal with every enemy even in water.
@SpetsnazVympel yes joint together with 600 paratroopers. Thats very easy then to storm and to surround a castle on the top of the hill. Yes that was the mission to prevent Noreiga from escaping yes what is your fucking point with it?? They wanted him alive and they got him alive that was the point of it of the US. Now he is convicted yesterday in france "again" for money laundering. He served 17 years in prison in US but got transferd this year to France.
@SpetsnazVympel And the Chechens still own Russia fact. example that attack in the moscow metro. The spetsnaz also fucked up in the Chechen war. And the mission is not ecomplished if you also gas the innocents wtf than you better let the regular police do it. God you are so fucking twisted and stupid.
And I don't say that Seals are bad, they're excellent. But they're all different. Seals specializes in amphibious stuff where they're the best. Spetsnaz goes behind enemy lines and does the best damage they can alone. Green berets goes behind enemy lines and trains locals to fight.
@BaFUD Its says also in books. SEAL stands for SEA, AIR and LAND that means that they can do it all. It doesn't mean that they are called "navy" that they only do missions close to water, NO, not true they do missions everywhere and always succeeded. They are so stealthy when they strike that you don't even know the fuck happened to you. And I also told here on this channel about operation Red Wing you dick, red comments bellow again.
Btw if you want start flaming here's something for you: Soviet afghanistan= 500,000 mujahideen killed even with US support. You've killed 100,000 mujahideen/taliban who hasn't been supported this time. Even you have 20 years more modern technology. And ironic. You said that they work in secret and you will never hear about their missions, but you still know that _only_? 3 seals have been killed? ( :D )
@BaFUD And yes there were 4000 panama soldiers guarding the base. I saw a documentary 3 months ago on satelite tv. Spetsnaz fucked up allot of missions fact.
1: Soviet afghan war
2: Chechen war
3: 2nd chechen war
4: 2002 theatre
5: 2004 Beslan(30 spetsnaz entered the school "without" Putin's promission and ended up all killed 27 of them only 3 survived. Thats realy KIA wich means got owned by terrorists.)
@BaFUD The US navy SEALs are the silent warriors. They are the best combat divers in the world there is no better than them. NATO has told it also that the best SF could be placed in a good task force is the US navy SEALs/SAS/Delta. But the SEALs didn't only acomplish more than anny other SF but they did it in a way that no other SF can do it. That is what it called "profesionalism". You Russians are so proud about "333" and why?? Because thats the only fucking operation that its gone well.
@SpetsnazVympel SEALs did it all but thats classifide about the other missions. The spetsnaz FAILED in the Soviet Afghan war you idiot if the they had won than there was no Taliban you dickhead. The muhjahadien slit there throats open of those spetsnaz by night fall fact. And there were 2000 guards not 2500. And they did the operation with 660 of them you jackass. Operation Nifty Jacked was acomplished with only 54 SEALs from SEAL team 4
@SpetsnazVympel What failed?? failed in nothing they killed more than 2/3 of Ahmad sha's quards with only 4 of them. You think operation 333 was so nice??lol(sarcasm). Go look it up operation Nifty Package. 54 SEALs only against 4000 panama soldiers. They killed all of them and plus destroyed one guboat and destroyed Noreiga's jet plane. and off cours in a jungle terrain. You are a moron because you are so convinced about one operation that happened 31 years ago so pathetic man realy.
@SpetsnazVympel Yeah off coars it was easy for Russia. You guys have fighter jets and Georgia not, you guys have a navy the Georgians only one former Soviet vessel and a coast guard and thats it. Thats what they had in 2008 and russian assault rifles wich are crap. Now the Georgian military is reorganized and there special forces are still better than spetsnaz, also have new weapons and also do water training etc.... Georgia is doing well now. If they could get in NATO soon it will be good.
@SpetsnazVympel Its just those fucking goatherds that batreyed there position other whys like always the SEALs had surounded them and could kill Ahmad Sha that day and also hes guards. I gave you the hardest facts how amaturistic the spetsnaz is and the missions that they fucked up and still you believe in yourself that they have proven someting lol!! They haven't prove anything what the fuck are you born yesterday ore something ore are you planning to steel my words?? lol.
@SpetsnazVympel I have red the fucking book "Lone Survivor" written by luttrell itself. I know what happened over there. they weren't fucking (annihilated) you dumbass go read the fucking book order it. They killed 140 of them by going constantly backwards donw the hill and blasting every rebel away. But you Russians know this that Afghanistan has a hard terrain to fight. For the SEALs there was no problem its just normaly the plan was to suround them instead of the rebels them.
great video thanks

@ToiletBomberAlpha The only reason as you said "kicked asses in Chechnya" was the dirty politic game of corrupted russian politicans. They sold military weapons to the terrorists and they didn't give a f*ck about soldiers's life. @SpetsnazVympel Is that so? Russians have more national pride? Care to explain why Russia has MUCH higher amounts of young men trying to go AWOL and desert than the United States military, (i'll give you a hint, it's the same reason why the Russians have such a large military to population ratio.)
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
DasVivo 1 year ago
@DasVivo Well actually it was the last point you brought up that I was reffering to. Notice that I said it was the same reason why they have such high numbers of military personnell. The Russians have compulsory military service meaning that you HAVE TO serve. The U.S. has an all volunteer force and you would expect it to have a smaller servicemember to civillian ratio, but of course there are going to be less deserters in an all volunteer force.

Even the US SWAT team could had done it better (my opnion about it).
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
Wrong
The "180 pros" also consisted of countless aircrews bringing heavy firepower to the fore during the battle, the 4000 maniacs were largely militias whos training/experience and equipment varied remarkebly
The whole reason in Beslan so many people died was the bomb exploded while things were still being organized, when an attack wasnt planned, They had to react and they reacted the best anyone could, by then most had died from that bomb however
DasVivo 1 year ago
@bennyronny
DasVivo 1 year ago
@bennyronny
Lastly Operation Redwing had 19 deaths vs 135 unconfirmed Taliban (A whole Chinook was shot down), Which by no means belittles the SEALs efforts, but atleast credits the Taliban with the successes they achieved
DasVivo 1 year ago
@bennyronny Bullshit. Alfa did what they could.

NevyNevJr 1 year ago
I have putted comments on this clip before that the Spetsnaz sucks and all that, well I was WRONG. And I will tell you guys why. I thought Spetsnaz fucked up the theatre siege and also Belsan 2004. But those weren't Spetsnaz but ALFA group(anti terrorist unit of the FSB). Spetsnaz are pro guys. Its Alfa Group who fucked up allot. But still US special forces are better. Example SEALs, DELTA, Green Berets, PJ's. Actualy everybody is good in what they do.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
DasVivo 1 year ago
@bennyronny
As for Beslan? It was a hostage event unparralled by anything in the West, over 1000 hostages in close proximity, high explosives, 30+ heavily armed (PKMs, Dragunovs, Tripwires, RPGs etc)experienced and ruthless terrorists, angry crowds, the battle/rescue only occured when the bomb went off unexpectedly and at the time half the ALFA unit were practicing how to assault the place elsewhere, ALFA and Vympel did the best anyone could in the circumstances, they fought heroicly

arbiter555 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel yeah id like to see them go into seal training which lasts over a year and much more likley to make it into the green berets and seals? that makes perfect sense whne there are only about 2,000 SEALS AT THE MOMENT AND ONLY 5,000 GREEN BERETS and 15,000 spetsnaz your logic makes no sense appearantly there are more sptesnaz than both combined and the spetsnaz may train for 2 years but berets and seals have it MUCH MORE INTENSE ever heard of hell week?
arbiter555 1 year ago
@arbiter555 Well for starters dude, many of the Green Berets and SEALs have to train up to two years or just under that but supplementing yer point I think it should be made note of than in addition to the combination of U.S. Special Operations field forces combined from all the services being smaller than Spetsnaz GRU alone, the U.S. military is also larger than the Russian military. The Spetsnaz maybe gruelingly trained but they are less selective. It's an arguable numerical fact.
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
DasVivo 1 year ago
@DasVivo Sorry for the late response, anyways, I appreciate your analysis and rational approach as well, but I wasn't referring to unit sizes. I understand brigades, regiments, etc, have different sizes under different defense departments of different nations, and in particular Russian and American would be different since one is former Warsaw, and one is NATO, but I was referring to the numbers of the Russian military as a whole.
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
DasVivo 1 year ago
@DasVivo Alfa in tier 1??? are you fucked in the head?? hahaha. Tier 1 are (SEALs, DELTA, SAS and other NATO SF my friend). Go look it up this one Polish GROM. And I am not attacking you with this comment just saying thats all. Alfa are big fuck ups. If you want to know why read my first comment of today.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
"Big fuck ups"? Tell me their fuckups, and I'll tell you why they probably didnt go down so well, oh and tell me about a single operation SAS, DELTA etc do that is the same as ALFAs "fuckups" that went so succesfully
DasVivo 1 year ago
@bennyronny Wow...lets see other SF troops able to do what Alfa did in beslan...1000+ hostages is nothing like the rescue missions that other SF units went through, it is impossible to save all of those civilians....furthermore the terrorists werent fuckups who get themselves killed while sleeping or looking the wrong way...they thought on drugs to keep them running...and are armed to the teeth..Alfa would have done well if the terrorists werent such assholes
999cheetos999 1 year ago
@999cheetos999 You can't fool me, Theatre siege in Moscow was a fuck up to thanks to alfa group. Next time if something like this happens again then Russia better asks help of NATO SF example police antiterrorist units like GSG9, GIGN, ore military example Dutch MARSOF, SAS, US navy SEALs..... These units are the best in what they do ore better let the Spetsnaz do it if Russia wants. Alfa group sucks.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny ALFA did their job..pump the gas, kill the terrorists, save as much lives ,and leave the rest to the cleanup crews /medics. Russian security was able to ask help from the british special air service on what precautions and strategies they can suggest in this situation, they planned on spreading knockout gas.And maybe this is where you only heard of ALFA? Alfa was one of the most deadliest special force during the soviet union, they were called Group "A" Tunder then
999cheetos999 1 year ago
@999cheetos999 Knock out gas?? haha. It was poison gas. fact. All the hostages were killed thanks to that poison gas. Alfa are fuck ups to me just saying thats all. I am not attacking with comments just telling my opinion lol.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
DasVivo 1 year ago
@DasVivo I mean the ARMY spetsnaz(GRU). The Alfa unit sucks man. The army spetsnaz are hard as fuck. Go visit (labidala) he has some footage of Spetsnaz in chechnya(just watch all hes clips very good channel). And no there are no lists just tributes about the greatest men that ever lived.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
Can you give me any reason to agree with you that that ALFA unit sucks? Considering they draw their members from others such as GRU I believe, I don't see why they'd be any less hard, all your reasons against them we pretty much argued against in the messages below
DasVivo 1 year ago
@bennyronny Your attacking facts....The substance was a powerful knockout gas that requires the hostages to have good airflow in their systems,where the medics forgot the procedure due to the intense situation that is happening. Spetsnaz GRU are "hard as fuck" since they are directed to warfare. ALFA is mostly for covertops,paramilitary,hostage rescue, presidential security and antiterror .
999cheetos999 1 year ago
@DasVivo You see, the Russian military is about half the size of the U.S. military when you take out the 400,000- 500,000 conscripts in the Russian military. If you do the math that would mean that the majority of the entire professional Russian ground forces and Russian Navy would have to have washed out of Spetsnaz GRU at one point or another if SpetsnazVympel's assertions that the Spetsnaz GRU have a 95% washout rate were correct. It's ridiculous, they do not have a 95% washout rate.
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
Firstly I appreciate your well written and sensible responses aswell;
Umm while your numbers are quite accurate, I do believe GRU take up conscripts aswell to take part in service as SpN, The selection process is probably just as tough (Lack of evidence to suggest otherwise), however those who are conscripts will serve less time and thus be slightly below their full time counterparts in experience and training (due to time)
DasVivo 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
DasVivo 1 year ago
@DasVivo Sorry i took so long to respond dasvivo, but onto the washout rates. Dude it's hard to compare those among the tier one units. Like comparing Delta to Spetnaz I believe (but don't know,) that the Delta washout rates would be much lower because you have to go through alot just to get a shot at Delta. But saying that some of the Spetsnaz are conscripts is a hard pill to swallow. The time it takes to train a Spetsnaz soldier will often exceed the duration of most conscript enlistments.
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@DasVivo What I meant in that last comment was that my understanding of Delta, (and I don't KNOW all of this for a fact because Delta is so secretive,) is that usually someone who shoots for Delta has to have already had numerous combat missions under his belt and has to have served with a pretty prestiegous unit that has high washout rates to begin with; so I'd imagine Delta's washout rates aren't gonna be as high as one might initially think.
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
DasVivo 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
DasVivo 1 year ago
@DasVivo you mean omon recce troops, and mvd is the spetsnaz branch for internal relations. meaning there like russian swat (only 10 times better)
dmied1 1 year ago
@dmied1
DasVivo 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger
By and large I think the statistics on washout rates might be a little more multidimensional then people realize, and I tend to for sake of simplicity and neutrality view Delta, Vympel, Alfa, SAS, SASR, KSK etc as all pretty much equal units with incredible reputations
DasVivo 1 year ago
@SouthTexasHeadbanger

@SouthTexasHeadbanger US army has only about 1,4 million reservist in the army.

SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago
@arbiter555 pardon, but I meant to say in the last comment I made to you that it is an UNARGUABLE numerical fact.
SouthTexasHeadbanger 1 year ago

"i saw it on satellite tv" lolz ur part of the vast majority of ignorant americans in this country that believes everything he sees ontv go back to playing mw2 u lil bitch
buu291 1 year ago
@buu291 I am Albanian and I live in europe. you are a boring person for to speak with so you better shut up because you are a little child that doesn't know shit about NATO sf ore about military's
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny i rest my case ur from a third world shithole somewhere in eastern europe, learn english before u talk shit homeboy. oh n by the way i did serve in the US Air Force so i know my fair share of ACTUAL military procedure n policy. dipshit cunt ur country's prolly next on the list to get bombed by the pigs u so viciously protect.on this forum. STFU or GTFO
buu291 1 year ago
@buu291 hahaha. The way you talk man!! Makes me laughe!! And I have to believe that you have served in the US airforce?? haha lol. You propably got fiered. Ore maybe you have something against the navy lol. And what is your problem actualy anyway?? why did you start talking to me? What is your point? You think you are the person who knows the most about military things?? lol.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny why would i have anything against the navy if they are a sister branch of the usaf do u realize how stupid u sound? the point i was trying to get across before u called me a quote "fucking junkie", is that the US navy seals while though good at what they do like they are trained to do, just arent as hardcore as spetsnaz operators.
buu291 1 year ago
@buu291 Look what spetsnaz have acomplished with hardcore!! more than 500 innocent deaths during hostage situations! You call that harcore?? Does it impress you that they can hit bricks?lol even people who do Taekwondo can do it after a few years. The most important self defence sport for SF is Krav Maga and that is what all the NATO sf use and also Dutch Marines, British Marines..... But the Russians have also Systema wich is almost the same as Krav Maga but Krava Maga is more realistic.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny so u r telling me that SEALs coulda done it without a hitch? n by spetsnaz being more hardcore i meant their training n ethos as warriors, it is brutal and designed to turn a human being into a weapon. shit they do in their training would be considered inhumane n unethical here in the US and NATO wide. there is no perfect martial art all have strengths and weaknesses in fact i practice a little bit of both along with sum other m. arts it just depends on what the situation calls for
buu291 1 year ago
@buu291 Yeah I know what you mean about the fighting sports but I am talking about the most "realism" defence sport is Krav Maga, just saying thats all. If you practice Krav Maga than its better to do that than some other crapy eastern(asian) fight sport. If you know what I mean. But boksing and Krav maga those 2 are the good ones to mix.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny n yes beslan was a tragedy but think about it, we are talking about hundreds of hostages in a school. long corridors and confined spaces are a nightmare when it comes to cqb warfare to add to this the terrorists had time to set up booby traps, bombs, tactical positions and even mounted machine guns IN the school. to any SF group this is potential suicide no matter if theyre SEALs Spetsnaz SAS FFL or EKO Kobra.they tried and at least they saved some instead of none give em some cred
buu291 1 year ago
@buu291 I have red books about navySEALs so I know allot more about the SEALs than you do. You don't have to tell me about the SEALs understand? SEALs work in a profesional way, they can handle everything just like you have said they are very good at what they are trained for and that is handle every situation whatever it is in any inviorment, cold, warm, water, mountain, woodland, dessert, jungle, urban. and they are masters in it. But I am not saying that Spetsnaz suck but they fucked up allot
bennyronny 1 year ago
@buu291 Fuck Shut Up Bitch me Ok Go Your Mom Dick!!!
aslkim707 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel I do respect them but if you start badmouthing the SEALs no wonder that I start a discussion. And here again you are doing it again (rangers suck) are you that ignorant?? 17 rangers got killed en 2 Delta's but they died with honor. I saw it on satelite tv a few months ago a documentary about operation Just Cause, they said there were max 4000 guards. And you Soviets got fucked pretty hard by those rebels. Battle of mogadishu was not fail they killed also 4000 militia.
bennyronny 1 year ago
Ooooh, cut that childish crap about "My Special Forces are better than yours". Show respect towards each other and enjoy the video, that's why we're here, right?! BTW, this is a really cool video.

SEALs aint shit trust me i know.
i used to work for the govt and the single most feared threat are these russian "super soldiers" i have more respect for them more than Army SFOD-D, SEALs, or AF CCTs. they're all good but these guys are the best in the world hands down

aslkim707 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel 27 deaths. Its doesn't mather who stormed the palace. What mathers is how much troops you send in. The US military has a special operations suport group(US army RANGERS) wich are 500 times better and stronger and more specialized than VDV. VDV=regular us army airborne troops. In the battle of mogadishu they used only 160 "back up" forces to assist the 20 Delta Force operators to do there mission. It was 180 against 4000. "333" is very low actualy and not that "wow".
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny Seriously, you don't have to like Spetsnaz but at least show some respect to them. They do their job as well as any other group. And I'm beginnig to be tired to this US vs Russia disccussion.
Mikhelot 1 year ago
@Mikhelot No problem.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel No they haven't, Putin thinks they have but they haven't non of them ore all of them they failed. "333" was conducted with 600 paratroopers wich is cowardness for to storm a building on top of a hill. If you think they have achieved than you are a manece. And why?? You don't acomplish something by killing 300 innocents to get to the terrorists. Than you better let the mob do the job instead of getting a worser reputation.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
Im not russian. In finnish you dumb fuck. Your Seals are good, so is spetsnaz. Stop being such a fucking typical yankcunt.
BaFUD 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel THE SEALS HAVE THOSE QUALITIES you jackass otherwhys I would never tell you have they haven't!! SEA, AIR, LAND that speaks enough now you moron are you stupid ore what?? SEALs did operations everywhere with succes in every country also in Grenada, Panama and lower country's like Culumbia. Spetsnaz fucked it up in Beslan they fucked it up badley mission is not ecomplished if 27 spetsnaz are dead and 300 childeren also. Are you sick ore what? Same thing with the theatre.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel And the US navy SEALs have those standards to acomplish there mission thats also not only that thing that they have a reputation but how they conduct a mission and that they operate like real frogmen underwater and on the water and inland. You are Russian you can say annything what you want about your country's military and suport it but if you going to start badmouthing the NATO sf than you can fuck off realy. Just saying because you don't know nothing about NATO sf.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel You are conducting a war against me with arguments. Point is you don't have an military anymore to fight with talks anymore because I already have destroyed you by telling facts. Its unusefull to still argue because the whole world also knows(defenatly the west) that spetsnaz are the worlds most amaturistic sf that excist. fact. Its not that you can hit bricks that you are special. But its that you are quick, smooth, strong, stand every temperature, expert in special warfare.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel You are idiot man. The spetsnaz didn't earn a reputation and never wil only they ar known for the beat ups that they get during training fact. The Spetsnaz are known for neither of those they have proven nothing just made it worse for them self and I also explained what those things were what they have fucked up. SEALs have those qualities and the best and they are trained to handle every temperature and to deal with every enemy even in water.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel yes joint together with 600 paratroopers. Thats very easy then to storm and to surround a castle on the top of the hill. Yes that was the mission to prevent Noreiga from escaping yes what is your fucking point with it?? They wanted him alive and they got him alive that was the point of it of the US. Now he is convicted yesterday in france "again" for money laundering. He served 17 years in prison in US but got transferd this year to France.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel Yes I have room to talk and so have you. Thats why we live in capetalism bud.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel And the Chechens still own Russia fact. example that attack in the moscow metro. The spetsnaz also fucked up in the Chechen war. And the mission is not ecomplished if you also gas the innocents wtf than you better let the regular police do it. God you are so fucking twisted and stupid.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
And I don't say that Seals are bad, they're excellent. But they're all different. Seals specializes in amphibious stuff where they're the best. Spetsnaz goes behind enemy lines and does the best damage they can alone. Green berets goes behind enemy lines and trains locals to fight.
BaFUD 1 year ago
@BaFUD Its says also in books. SEAL stands for SEA, AIR and LAND that means that they can do it all. It doesn't mean that they are called "navy" that they only do missions close to water, NO, not true they do missions everywhere and always succeeded. They are so stealthy when they strike that you don't even know the fuck happened to you. And I also told here on this channel about operation Red Wing you dick, red comments bellow again.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@BaFUD The ironic thing is they were backed up by 600 paratroopers.lol. Thats allot of paratroopers to suport an amaturistic Russian SF.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@bennyronny
BaFUD 1 year ago
@BaFUD And yes there were 4000 panama soldiers guarding the base. I saw a documentary 3 months ago on satelite tv. Spetsnaz fucked up allot of missions fact.
1: Soviet afghan war
2: Chechen war
3: 2nd chechen war
4: 2002 theatre
5: 2004 Beslan(30 spetsnaz entered the school "without" Putin's promission and ended up all killed 27 of them only 3 survived. Thats realy KIA wich means got owned by terrorists.)
6: Georgian war(some facts about Georgian SF...)
bennyronny 1 year ago
@BaFUD The US navy SEALs are the silent warriors. They are the best combat divers in the world there is no better than them. NATO has told it also that the best SF could be placed in a good task force is the US navy SEALs/SAS/Delta. But the SEALs didn't only acomplish more than anny other SF but they did it in a way that no other SF can do it. That is what it called "profesionalism". You Russians are so proud about "333" and why?? Because thats the only fucking operation that its gone well.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel SEALs did it all but thats classifide about the other missions. The spetsnaz FAILED in the Soviet Afghan war you idiot if the they had won than there was no Taliban you dickhead. The muhjahadien slit there throats open of those spetsnaz by night fall fact. And there were 2000 guards not 2500. And they did the operation with 660 of them you jackass. Operation Nifty Jacked was acomplished with only 54 SEALs from SEAL team 4
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel What failed?? failed in nothing they killed more than 2/3 of Ahmad sha's quards with only 4 of them. You think operation 333 was so nice??lol(sarcasm). Go look it up operation Nifty Package. 54 SEALs only against 4000 panama soldiers. They killed all of them and plus destroyed one guboat and destroyed Noreiga's jet plane. and off cours in a jungle terrain. You are a moron because you are so convinced about one operation that happened 31 years ago so pathetic man realy.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel Yeah off coars it was easy for Russia. You guys have fighter jets and Georgia not, you guys have a navy the Georgians only one former Soviet vessel and a coast guard and thats it. Thats what they had in 2008 and russian assault rifles wich are crap. Now the Georgian military is reorganized and there special forces are still better than spetsnaz, also have new weapons and also do water training etc.... Georgia is doing well now. If they could get in NATO soon it will be good.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel Its just those fucking goatherds that batreyed there position other whys like always the SEALs had surounded them and could kill Ahmad Sha that day and also hes guards. I gave you the hardest facts how amaturistic the spetsnaz is and the missions that they fucked up and still you believe in yourself that they have proven someting lol!! They haven't prove anything what the fuck are you born yesterday ore something ore are you planning to steel my words?? lol.
bennyronny 1 year ago
@SpetsnazVympel I have red the fucking book "Lone Survivor" written by luttrell itself. I know what happened over there. they weren't fucking (annihilated) you dumbass go read the fucking book order it. They killed 140 of them by going constantly backwards donw the hill and blasting every rebel away. But you Russians know this that Afghanistan has a hard terrain to fight. For the SEALs there was no problem its just normaly the plan was to suround them instead of the rebels them.
