If they had not this useless speed limits in the USA where you are only allowed to drive 60 mph in a area where you could go 150 mph and where you see one car in 100 miles, they had not a problem with street racing. Germany is the best example for that. We have some speed limit free highways and we do not really have a problem with street racing!
I support fast cars and racing but I think it can be done in a safe and legal way. I wish there would be more support from locale city's and towns to build more tracks and drag ways I can drive 20min to the drag way on a Friday night and drag all night with no spacial safety gear or race lic. for 20 bucks.

I'm lucky where I live. I can go about 30 minutes or an hour away and hit a dragstrip. But I can see with some how there is no strip so they streetrace. Yet the city won't let them build a dragstrip and would rather let people die. It's like how in my town, they would'nt let us skateboard, yet it took ten years for them to let us build a skatepark. Yeah high speed, adrenaline, racing for money or pinks, is all fun and sounds fun but not when you lose, especially when racing for pinks because then not only do you lose the race, you lose your car. You race knowing what youre up against and the stakes...especiialy what could go wrong if you lose control of your car. I love street racing, ive crashed here and there when my drifts go wrong, but i do it while keeping in mind the dangers of street racing.

You have to admit, it is a horrible analogy. Street racing is done for competitive recreation, and nobody rapes for recreation. People aren't cheering because they are racing on the street (which makes it illegal in the first place). They are cheering because they are racing. A good example would be Nascar. It has a large amount of cheering, and it isn't illegal.

I'm lucky where I live. I can go about 30 minutes or an hour away and hit a dragstrip. But I can see with some how there is no strip so they streetrace. Yet the city won't let them build a dragstrip and would rather let people die. It's like how in my town, they would'nt let us skateboard, yet it took ten years for them to let us build a skatepark. It shows how dumb most of these officials are. I bet most of them would'nt be able to change a tire.
