Maybe everyone but those 47,000,000 Americans who don't have health insurance, even thought the vast majority of them have jobs. And sure, by the raw number, we have "low unemployment," but how reassuring is that to the people who work two minimum-wage jobs and still can't afford a decent life?
Minimum wage jobs were not designed to be a living wage. They are for those people (i.e, students) that do not need to support a family. If a "head of household" is working one or two minimum wage jobs, they are incompetent and don't deserve to raise a family. Even basic job training can provide for a non-minimum wage job.
