Eteune, maybe this tutorial is not sophisticated or advanced, but it is effective and simple, thanks man, I served a lot, look for this exercise before and even the best ninja or jedi could explain it as clear and simple like you. thanks
@OSHEHIN thank you very much, yes, I will leave the advance tutorials to those who are much more advanced than me. I always try to fill in the basics where I feel they are missing and where no one has perhaps covered them properly yet.
Thank you for really breaking it down. I am working on getting the duel blades alternating with the full backspin. I need to get to the point where the different spins are second nature and then move into the tosses and exchanges.
Ahhh, I finally got the back spin right... ish. And is my thumb and wrist sore. Never had to move them in this fashion before. Took three days with my old style curtain pole/practice sword to get it. Now just need to perfect it and then move over to my left hand, oh boy can't wait for that! :D lol
@TheMechGamer sweet! it's great when you finally get it, isn't it? make sure and get your wrists flexible, I will post a wrist flexibility exercise. If your wrists are flexible, hopefully your thumbs won't get so sore :)
@teunefamily It is great, I've been awing my family with my sweet new noodish sword moves.
My wrists are not very flexable, since the most exercise they usually get is typing on a keyboard, but they're getting there. I never thought I'd be able to even pull off that back spin but it happened eventually. But I would love the flexabitlity exercise for my wrists can't wait to see it.
I'm trying to work on this one, but the second twirl in back is hard for me... My shoulder seems to lock up, and I can't really get my wrist to go as far as your seems to be going. Any help?
@eteune Aye, that would be good. I''ve been working on variants of the Heaven Six, including reverse six, "Ninja" six, "Fencer" six, and a few of those... But that behind the back part... I see it many times, and every time I try I end up with a side spin, which just doesn't work. Thanks in advance! :)
@ultraphoennix They're made foam, so it won't hurt too much. I would suggest it for beginners like ourself. As long as you're being safe and practicing safe swordsmanship and have someone (an adult) to help or watch over you. I'm sure you'll be just fine.
@ultraphoennix Like any thing, if they hit you it will "Hurt" a little. But, with the foam, it's just gonna sting a little. Just don't stab, and you should be fine with bokken and foam.

@AldlarDurgil practice with each hand individually first, then once you are comfortable with each hand, then try and put them together
