  • My aunt had troubles with surplus fat for quite some time now and she located numerous so known as DietOramy nutritious diet regime (google it) - she's had very a accomplishment with it so far, and medical doctor says she is wholesome as never ever before...

  • FRUIT AND PROTEIN YES OK BUT WHY U NO MENTION VEGETABLES MAN?

YOU NO HEALTHY IF YOU NO EAT VEGETABLES

  • @RusselTan

One thing I like about that program is

that its downloadable & therefore, you

wont receive any type of physical products.

Its only suitable for those who are interested

in weight training. But anyway, you mispelled

the site name. That should be

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • U can be a doctor :))

  • i think water itself can overcome taking fruits .......wat you people say???

  • is funny how at the end he decides to slow down! lol

  • I heard the odd thing like skin, fruit, banana, proteins.. i think thats it.

  • 0:47 number tooth ? O_O!

  • why u speak so fast . is there is any jay or kie at the back ?

  • Ehmm, that wasn't info for body building. That's what people normally eat, Meat and Fruit.

  • Human beings have been eating fruit for 2.1 million years *facepalm*

  • Guy has good, free advice; he's cool in my book.

  • he is reading a paper

  • what he said just went through one ear and out the other.

  • @unfortunatebeam

Oooooooooooooh so that's why you named your YouTube account UNFORTUNATEbeam

Hmmmm... I was trying to help, be funny... But your obviously being a huge bitch, your probably an over weight mom with crazy ass snotty nose kids with an ass hole drunk husband, I was trying to help but bitch dont piss me off, I'll roast your liberal middle age wife ass real quick

  • anybody notice him mention the word "INJECTING" a little too often there. ahem steroids ahem

  • Why is it obvious that your favorite source of protein is fish?

  • @Gruffington31

Probably because it's best for you. I'm on a cutting diet right now and I hate chicken and tuna right now. I don't mind eating my tilapias tho :).

  • His lips look like a vagina

  • anyone know where one can buy a shirt just like that? Looks very comfortable

  • hey hey! Have you considered intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost a ton of weight with it.

  • whats a typical day of eating look like for you?

  • Am I the only person reading these threads that thinks @unfortunatebeam is a total douche?

  • @MellowMidnight281 what do you mean "no homo" I don't get it what was the point of writing that? It just makes you sound inredibly stupid, insecure, and homophobic. It's completely non-senscial and out of place, oh ok so you're telling me about i should put into your body in terms of food.. but oh oh! don't think I'm gay for saying that! :?

What's wrong with you? are you alright?

  • @unfortunatebeam: it depends on your weight and your metabolism bro. If your metabolism is like BOOMING and your hungry AF then eat immediately after your work out. If it's like semi then wait 30 minutes, but if your a fat and your metabolism is slow wait an hour. And I agree with the guy below me, research A LOT of stuff, your looks are important if you wanna get laid, keep that in mind lol

  • @MellowMidnight281 there's more to life than getting laid and basing everything you do around the approval of women boy. A good, real woman will like more things about than how you look, if she doesn't, she's rejected or dumped no matter how hot she is (that would entail lifting weights herself btw). I'm not fat or out of shape anyway. I was just looking to get as many opinions on this matter as possible.

  • Fish , obviously ! more like the willy...

and stop taking the Roids and see how good you look then. x

  • why is it obvious that he loves fish of all meat??

  • he loves the roids

  • So when is the best time to eat, after or before workout? And within how much time before or after workout?

  • @unfortunatebeam Oh boy, you need to do a lot of research! To answer your question: every meal is important, but eating immediately after you workout is probably the most important meal of the day (pretty much tied with breakfast BTW). Do LOTS of research, or go see a nutritionist.

  • @ghostsam24 "oh boy" oh I do? I simply wanted to get more perspectives/opinions on the matter since I've getting conflicting information. What's the point of even mentioning I need to do a lot research, what do you know how much research I need to do anyway.

oh thanks for thorough and informed answer btw *rolls eyes*

  • @unfortunatebeam if you don't even know about the importance of post-workout nutrition you probably don't know much about anabolic/catabolic phases, proper ways to use the glycemic index, the usefulness of simple carbs, differences in bioavailability of protein, the best sources of monounsaturated fats, the value of micronutrients, or many other aspects of nutrition. I just wanted to answer your question and let you know that there's information you should check out. Arrogant, ungrateful jerk.

  • Wanna know why humans ought to have a body fat percentage between 3% and 5%? (women around 8 to 10%)

And why we are supposed to reach an age somewhere between 120 and 154?

Do you wanna find out why every single species on this earth eats raw?

Go to my site, to profile, on the left side and find out.

I’m not selling anything. Not now, not next year, not never!! Only wanna spread the word, of the new revolution that is coming. The revolution of self care. Go and watch Don Tolman for starters

  • dude dont listen to this stupid people below. i can bet that they r ugly fat, or skinny with zero muscle!!! they wana look like u but they cant!!.> thanks for the tip man ic seen a huge trasformation!!! i have super big arms and chest

  • dude dont listen to this stupid people below. i cant bet that they r ugly fat, or skinny with zero muscle!!! they wana look like u but they cant!!.> thanks for the tip man ic seen a huge trasformation!!! i have super big arms and chest

  • He looks so ducky.

  • *cough* roids

  • 0:42 why is it "obvious" that his favourite is fish? Or have I missed something?

  • @matt2026 hahahaha i know right, its obivous my favorite is pork, but since its high in fat i cant have it.. though you already knew that didnt you, lol. Pork and turkey are my favorite

  • @matt2026

That's what I said to myself. I was like "I don't even know you, so how would it be "obvious"?"

  • @matt2026 because fish is pretty much known for being a very lean meat meaning it has a very low fat content but high protein content.

  • @matt2026 HAHAHA i know right

  • @Irnwkr28 also listen to how he says bang at 1:10 hahaahahahaha

  • @Irnwkr28 hahahaha lol

  • Crysis prequel: long time ago Nomad's father...

  • fruit tip was great thank you

  • Human beings haven't been around for 2.3 million years sir Try 250 -400 thousand at most.

  • @mrcardio529 right, lmao

  • vegetable protein is the most absorbable.

  • si..ok..proteine..frutta..ma perche non ci dici anche quante bombe ti fai!?..;-)

  • Fish, obviously.

  • ushally i try to eat more carbs before a work out compared to protien then after my workout i eat more protien . should i stick with eating more carbs before a workout for energy?

  • @muclesfromhell your body stores 300 calories worth of glycogen at any one time if you eat more it will turn to fat, so aim to have 300 calories worth before you work out

  • 'my favorite is obviously fish...'

    its not that obvious lol

  • @soldierside365 haha, thought the same. Maybe he trives to have a fishy look or something...who knows.

  • @Dosalt for both

  • woah woah woah, slow down man!

  • @noilet Haha this one was epic :P

  • he sounds out of breath!just standing still!

  • top man!

  • meat digests the best? no. It gets stuck in our arteries and remains in our body more than vegetables. But overall vegetables 'digest' much better. Think about it, if our bodies were meant to hold on to foods then they would go bad in our bodies. Whenever there is an illness chances are there is waste in our bodies. Vegetables do not stay in there and so we absorb what we need from them ie. vitamins minerals, and most importantly - enzymes. Then the fiber acts to remove the waste. Meat= no fiber

  • @goanyways VEGETABLES DONT BUILD MUSCLE YOU 90 POUND TWIG. MEAT DOES.

  • @juicedbrik LOL haha ok good cos I just tried some new burgers from the market today.

  • @juicedbrik yes they do depends on the vegetable. lentils soy tofu all have the same amount of protein as a slab of meat, plus heavy lifting is the key not just food.

  • @thunderheart226 omg please stay quiet. Your making a fool of yourself. Read a little, educate then correct yourself. Thank you.

  • @juicedbrik i am correct go educate yourself. prove to me that plants dont have proteins or all amino acids go ask any dietitian they will tell you. whats wrong in my argument plz tell me or u have no argument. u cant tell someone they are wrong and not back it up so plz BACK UP your statement

  • @goanyways everything in balance mate. meat does end up in our arteries, it digests. things like the fat from these foods can build up. alot of up and coming body builders forget the importance of fruit and veges along with healthy cuts of meat.

  • @cleoluvrats Thanks man I was looking for an answer that would not call for getting rid of an entire food group and I guess moderation is, at the end of the day, the true key to maintaining health. Not even just with food but with alot of things, it's nice to have not too much but enough, so as to make up for not to little. Cheers :)

  • @goanyways you don't know what you're talking about. First of all, meat does not get stuck in your arteries, it's cholesterol which is present in a lot of fatty foods that you need to avoid. Meat proteins ARE more important than plant protein beacuse meat will contain essential amino acids that our body can't produce and that vegetables lack. Our bodies don't 'hold on to' foods, both vegetables and meat are used to build up the body (not just muscle).

  • @BuIIetBilI vegetables have all the essential amino acids as well . soy tofu even broccoli and lentils with brown rice give us what we need, meat isnt some food from the gods if anything vegetable protein is better because not only does it give u every amino acid u need it gives fiber and is a complex carb all in one, look at lentils no fat, cholesterol, has a butt load of fiber, and protein and is a complex carb all in one =] mix some indian brown rice and youll forget u even wanted meat lol

  • @goanyways Illness caused by waste in our bodies? Your body does not keep the food we eat stored up, it digests everything we eat. Any illness caused by what we eat would be food poisoning which would happen straight after you've eaten contaminated food. Vegetables are broken down and some of the protein/fats from this will be used to build up or repair tissue so yes vegetables do 'stay in there'. Yes we do absorb vitamins and minerals from vegetables, but also from other food groups like meat

  • @BuIIetBilI wait your body does store things. thats how u get fat.it doesnt digest everything in one sitting u mean i can eat 5k calories in one day and my body isnt gonna store anything?

  • @thunderheart226 before storing anything, the body first breaks it down, Proteins and fats from our food are from other animals or plants and are different to the ones we need. Therefore our bodies digest everything, even protein and fat that we build up our own tissue with.

My point is that no food we eat stays as it is, and no food except for contaminated food, causes illness (in which case its the bacteria in the food causing the illness).

  • @goanyways The body has it's own enzymes which is produced where they are needed. Enzymes from plants aren't used in your body, they are broken down and the amino acids used to make our own enzymes. Fibre is important for the digestive system but meat does have fibre but not much of it. Things like cereal and brown bread would be good sources of fibre

  • @goanyways SIMPLE....FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE NOT COMPLETE PROTEINS. THEY LACK AMINO ACIDS ESSENTIAL FOR MUSCLE BUILDING. AND MUSCLE BUILDING DOES NOT ENTIRELY RELY ON PROTEINS. GENETICS AND STEROIDS PLAY A BIG ROLE IN MODERN BODYBUILDING ALSO. THANK YOU

  • @juicedbrik True genetics do play a crucial role and finding out what foods your body reacts best to definitely helps-steroids play a big role yes but thats out of the question of what foods help

  • @goanyways ok whats your point?

  • thanks

  • the way he breathes between words is annoying

  • nice tips man
