I have a question to everyone who knows the full story, was the real kaname(the one who got killed) killed before or after yuuki was born? and in the flashback episode, the one with the vamps as little kids, was that the real kaname, or the resurected one? also what happened to the real kaname and why did the first kuran take his body?

@FlapJack211 the real brother of yuuki died when he's still a baby. he was sacrificed to kaname (ancestor) for him to be alive. so when yuuki was born the brother he loves was his ancestor whom erased his memory so he can be a normal vampire in their clan..

the last question, why did the ancestor take his body? it is because of Rido. rido wanted their ancestor to be alive.

They are NOT brother and sister. Kaname is the descendant of the first ever Kuran, making him her ancestor... and the real Kaname, the true brother of yuuki was killed by rido. Haruka and Juuri only adopted the descendent of the first Kuran and treated him like Kaname, their real son who got killed. But come on guys, dis anime is interesting because of its incest-like plot, right?? :D
