Hey cslyman1 how long have you been in sales? I have more than 30 years in face to face direct commission only sales and there is nothing wrong with this technique.....you could learn something here.

I'm gonna go ahead and say it... Buyers don't answer stupid questions like "if it was free would you buy it?' They're going to look at you like you are a fool and you will lose repoire. Buyers aren't buying into these "sales techniques." They smell them coming a mile away and get defensive when they feel they're being "sold." You're Jedi mind tricks only work on Youtube dude.
