  • cool ^^

  • well i guess it could be a little awkward but still i think the video would be a little better if you'd talk at least a little bit (just my opinion).

  • @TheMangadesu I'll consider it. I wouldn't know what to say while recording so I'll probably add small annotations instead after I upload them.

  • next time u go there u should talk more .=_=,

  • @TheMangadesu I would but it's kind of awkward talking to yourself when there's people staying quiet and reading.

  • Its their any English manga books or all of them is in Japanese?

  • @YennyLove911 Yes, there are english manga releases. In fact, you can see the english releases at 1:41.

  • I bought 2 import games and 2 movies in Japanese Dub, it's awesome that store.

  • ...any english? O.O

  • which is better, book off or kinokuniya

  • PYT!!! Japan loves their Michael!! Damn I miss Tokyo!

  • Do you know the Address of the store ? Please reply, thanks !

  • @xSMack52: lol we have Google for a reason sir. :P

49 West 45th St. New York, NY 10036 USA

  • Ah.. BL novels :)

  • You went to Book Off! That's so awesome! I've wanted to go to a Book Off for while now, but there's none nearby to where I live. I Love the detail you got of the Japanese manga. Great Job!

  • @5:33 RANMA 1/2!!!

  • @Ranmarotto: Yep! It was on the $1 shelf too. Was so tempted to buy it. xD

  • Wow! It looks like they lifted a Tokyo branch of the store and dropped the whole store into New York. Even the prices appear to be about the same - even a little cheaper in the case of the $1.00 books, which are a Y100 here (the exchange rate is around Y80 to the dollar right now).

  • @lylehsaxon: Yeah, they've got a few in LA as well. There's also a Kinokuniya book store in NYC which I also have video of. I went to a Book Off while I was in Kyoto a couple years ago and was thrilled to find out that there are branches of the store in the US. Yeah, I've heard that the exhange rate it pretty high right now. But wow, that's pretty expensive!
