One example would be Harper after the SPP summit, reporters asked him about the NAFTA Superhighway, Trade Corridor, he laughed and made a joke about it.. he said yeah, perhaps interplanetary basically denying the plan. A few years later Harper was in Winnipeg announcing the Inland port system called CentrePort Canada, the very thing he was making jokes about to reporters.. This Would Be just one example..
