I didn't see 60022 depart at Newport, but i saw it depart at Cardiff Central (you have seen this vid i believe) and i am from Edinburgh and travel around alot, the GC pic was from Eaglescliffe btw. sorry for the late reply...i never noticed your comment until now!!!
