@Browner1613 no it just kills everyone that's alive at the moment. he killed 5 people when he got 25 kills (died once after 1 kill, so MOAB after 24 kills, 25 kill total) which brought him up to 30.

Plus it creates an awesome orange haze on the field if you don't win the game say like in ground war or domination
