  • @jackydefo Thanks loving your Royal Marines too!

  • 244 people are in the army

  • Marines are better our basic infantry 0311's etc... Are better trained then the army's without any doubt. I believe the Marine Corps is so much better, but then again i'm a marine so its biased. We don't talk about what needs to be done we just do it.

  • @LXRGASCHAMBER You forgot MARSOC

  • Love the US marines even if they are pissing on dead taliban in a video i saw today lol

From your allies across the pond in the UK :)

  • @jackydefo Haha thank you for not being ignorant about the that whole situation like some people in America are.

  • @jackydefo glad someone does hahah thank you :)

  • @LXRGASCHAMBER Marines get deployed for usually around 7 months, of course it can be shorter or longer. Army gets deployed for about 14 months. Marines are deployed more often though.

  • @thehotshirtguy2008 "Corporal B I should have joined the Army." but it was funny because they would tell all their friends to join the marines even though they got no bonus and no job they wanted.I've got some Marine grunt friends and they say the people coming out of Boot today are weak too. I guess that's the difference between Army and Marines.Soldiers want to talk about the issue, marines just want to bash everyone.Because they have nothing else when you think about it.

  • @Karoke77 your right it's the Men's department of the Navy

  • im goin to the army soon and i wanted to go to the marines my whole life and i can take the challenge thay offer and overcome it but at the same time i dont understand that stupid rivalry my mom and dad both served in the army and my dad has respect for the marines but i dont get why the marines got to be so cocky and say their better both army and marines are doin the same job their protecting our country drop the rivalry and just except the fact yall are doin basically the same job

  • @TheQball444 Everyone thinks there branch is better than the others just look at the top comments, but the Marine Corps isn't cocky, you want to see cocky look up seals, its like they on the NFL, but in different teams, they learn the how to the same, but its having pride, like if i were the Giants and you were the Patriots, i'm not saying the Marines are better than the Army, i just don't like the Patriots.

  • @1HUNDREDB thank you thats all i was wonderen when you put it in terms like that i understand now thank you

  • US Army = Support personnel (USMC has the Navy for those jobs).

But, Army also has Infantry (Fort Benning, GA basic training is DIFFERENT than other Army occupations), Airborne, Rangers, Special Forces and other "Special Mission Units" that only the Navy (DEVGRU) can match. I respect the Marines (Naval Infantry), but please do not think that the Army does not have many tens of thousands of "elite" troops. The Army has units which accomplish operations no USMC unit is qualified to handle.

  • honestly this kinda stuff shouldnt matter

  • This is a crock of crap..... A marine recruit in Boot Camp cannot simply just say I wanna go home... I was in Parris Island in summer of 1995... The two recruits we had that "wanted to go home" and not train got to go home alright... They went home after being arrested by base M.P. s and going to the brig for months.... Oh yeah a bad conduct discharge also... Yes Marine Corp's boot camp is more tough and difficult than Army boot camp... But saying a recruit can just quit is B.S...

  • ..yes

  • So proudddddd of my MARINES!! THEY ARE AND WILL CONTINUE BEING THE BEST! That is why they are THE FEW, <3 <3

My Honor and Respect to them... As well as my 2 Brothers marines, and cousin,

  • @delgadol06 No, that's not why they're the few. They're the few because they're only authorized to have only a few. That and they have a very small budget.

Go to Army Fort Lee, home of Logistics, Marines of all logistical related jobs go there for training.

Go to Army Fort Benning, 1500 Infantry Marines train there every year. Marines get much of their training from the Army. Of course, a Marine wouldn't tell you that.

  • "In a recent interview, Howard Wasdin, a former member of SEAL Team Six said that he volunteered to be sent on a sniper course as SEAL Team Six required more snipers. He said that he could have chosen any sniper school available but personally chose the Marine Scout Sniper School as he thought this was the best available in the world"

    That says it all.

  • @dudemanguymi hahaha, okay dude, Howard Wasdin words are God's words so everything he says is scientifically proven and true. Of course,

SF Sniper Course is cream of the crop.

  • He's a recruiter. Obviously he is going to say good things about the Marines either way. I am a poolee for the Marine Corps. If it isn't in your heart to be a Marine then don't join because you will probably hate it. Join another branch where you'll have it a lot easier. Fancier equipment, easier PT tests, better living conditions, less discipline..... all that good stuff.

  • @Amega The Marine Corps spends one third of bootcamp on "image and basic water testing"? Where exactly did this notion come from? Just because we undergo inspections and do a lot of drill doesnt mean we stop training. A Marines combat training begins from day one and continues throughout bootcamp.

Oh yeah, and basic combat water survival takes up less than one full training day, unless you are an exceptional swimmer or your MOS requires you be a higher swim qual( infantry or aspiring Recon)

  • Marine Corps Boot Camp is harder than Ft. Jackson where all the cooks go. Compare Boot Camp to Ft Benning (where ALL infantry go) and I guarantee they don't coddle the weak. Army OSUT is 22 weeks of infantry training. Marine Corps spends about a third of their Boot Camp focusing on image and basic water testing. Infantry tactics are the same for both, except the Army has better equipment thus making them better, statistics will prove that. Every Marine is a rifleman, just like every Soldier.

  • @the903superman- it really comes down to what you want to do. For example, maybe you want to do security detail for a compound, eod, something like that. Join the army. If you want to be doing something amphibious, join the marine core. Find the job you want to do, and decide.

  • @Profusion55 Amphibious? You might as well join the Army. They've done more Amphibious assaults than the Marine Corps has.

  • @RomilousCK This is back to my point when I hire Marines for my Military Contracting Company. But I train them in Army Methods. Because they become more analytical in their thinking while under fire and engaged.

  • @RomilousCK Wow really my dad and both my uncles and my grandfather were in the military. my dad and one of my uncles were in the Army and my grandfather and other uncle were Marines. the army and Marines train infantry the exact same way, saying that the army is more analytical is a slap in the face to all Marines. Both the Army and Marines are excellent at what they do personally and I do say personally I think Marines

can handle combat better but like I said they are train in the same way.

  • I Think the marines Are Better Sir.

  • @NerfOps101 oh yeah? google this Medal of Honor recipient's story questioned, it's about the Dakota Meyer who won the MOH. Now the the Marine Corps accounts of what happened are being questioned.

  • @SerpentGreen249 I see what your saying but thats talking about when the Marines went to push out the sunni in 03-04

  • Comment removed

  • Okay you ignorant fool, brag all you want about the few extra weeks you spend marching in Boot Camp. When your insignifigant, undertrained, ill equiped brach actually out performs the Army in war come post a narcist video. If 200 battles were to occur you would know the name, place, date, and temperature of all 3 of the USMC battles. You'll just know the Army won the other 197. We are proficient at our jobs, not flocking to the media. That's why we're first to fight, the best marksman, the best.

  • (Marine PR department) the automotive industry, FORD and Chrysler need your help because it have been proven that Marine are by far the best salesmen out there. Hell, just put U.S.M.C logo on it and you won't have to worried about any mechanical problem, ever.

  • @SerpentGreen249 yes Marines go to Ranger school but they ARE NOT Rangers and Rangers are not SF do they wear the SF tab no!

  • @thedaftant There former Marines and Recon Marines in the Ranger Regiment. NOT RANGER SCHOOL. Ranger Regiment, the 75th Ranger Regiment. MARSOC concept is based on SF concept. why? cuz former Green Berets helped set it up. Hence the term "SF imitators." It is a term used in SOCOM.

  • @thedaftant The Marines' death toll in Iraq was 1,022 — nearly one-quarter of the U.S. total, according to Pentagon statistics. Thus far in Afghanistan at least 376 Marines have died. For both wars combined, the Marines had the highest death rate among the four major services — 0.47 percent of all Marines who served in the two countries, according to an Associated Press analysis. That compares to 0.38 percent for the

  • @SerpentGreen249 Army, which played the dominant ground combat role.

Marines also had by far the highest rate of wounded in action for both wars combined: 4.28 percent, compared to 2.75 percent for the Army.

  • @SerpentGreen249 out of the casualties in BOTH Iraq and Afghanistan 6,303 service men and women have died of the 6,303 3,972 have been Army 1,314 were Marines followed by the Army national guard with 473. why don't you look it up on the Washington Post which is updated weekly by official DOD documents and has been following all casualties throughout the wars.

  • @thedaftant there is a space between 6,303 and 3,972 its not one big number

  • @SerpentGreen249 obviously it does considering the army has the highest death rate in Iraq compared to the Marines no disrespect to the fallen but the army does not train every Soldier to be be ready for front line combat unlike the Marines where every Marine is a rifleman. The Marines have even deployed band members for infantry in Iraq if you dont believe me read "Laying Down the Flute and Picking up the Rifle".

  • @thedaftant Marines actually have the highest rate of casualty. not the Army. and if it was the Army that had the highest casualty rate, it wouldn't surprise me, considering more boots on the ground. but in reality, Marines have the highest casualty rate.

  • @SerpentGreen249 google washington post national fallen

    care to recant?

  • @thedaftant don't need too, Marines have the highest rate of casualty and like I said, if the Army had the highest rate of casualty i wouldn't be surprised, the Army has more boots on the ground and longer.

  • @SerpentGreen249 its not if they do and of course the Army has more boots on the ground they are much larger than the Corps. they stay longer because the Marines jobs are to take the objective and the Army's job is to hold the objective. oh and there is no such thing as a "Former Marine" by the way

  • @thedaftant hahaha, first of all lets not jump from one debate to the next aimlessly. You said Army has the highest casualty, and I said, no and if the Army did it would be because the Army has more boots on the ground and stay longer.

Example, you have 100 Soldiers and 10 Marines, someone throws a grenade in there, yep, more Soldiers are going to get hurt more than Marines. Get it? Having more numbers makes you susceptible to more casualties? yeah? it's basic math.

  • @thedaftant Army's job is to hold and Marines job is to take? ahahahahahha, thaahahhahahahaha, the Army job is to conduct land warfare and Marines amphibious warfare. No such thing as a "former Marine"? ahahaha,

GO READ "WITHOUT HESITATION"hahahaha, SOCOM COMMANDER, talking about how delusional the Marine Corps is. and you are a prime example of it. ahahhahahahaha

  • making them both equally just as good on the field. With a smart solider you take out the enemy at the same rate as a strong soldier. If they would combine the two and let marines be smarter than what they become after basic, it would be a lot better. As for the comment about Marines dropping out of Ranger School, that happens ALL THE TIME. I watched it for myself, some Marines even backed down out of Airborne school. Because the strain was too much. But people are different.

  • I'm sure if they would teach marines to be smarter in combat to begin with, they would be a lot better. I've been through both training regiments. I now do Private Contract work. I use the Army training more than the Marine Training at all times. Plus the convo about quality of quantity doesn't count here. Because the Army shaped their Basic to better fit ALL MOS's. It's not just a infantry training program anymore. So it is lightened, but the lightened training gives for more study..

  • cant** sorry :P

  • Packer....I could be wrong, but I dont believe Force Recon exists any more. They still have Marsoc and battalion Recon, but neither is as selective and hardcore as Force Recon was. I do agree that when it existed, Force Recon was as good as anything the Army had. Whenever you have Army guys claiming they saw a Recon Marine fail Ranger school, this was almost definitely not FORCE RECON, any FR marine failing any army school would have been kicked out of Force.

  • @maddmarine03 had 4 FR marines in my class of 0407 and 1 made it...two failed out in Darbey phase....(thats the first one btw) from what i noticed they couldnt handle the tempo of things.

  • Force Recon could tear the Rangers up any day, sorry bud.

  • @packerbacker31 hahaha, go tell that to the Recon guys who flunked out of Ranger School the first day or the Recon guys who are serving in the Ranger Regiment or Airborne units or SF even. That's right, Force Recon guys cross over to the Army elite units.

MARSOC concept is based Army SF hence the Term SF imitators which well known in SOCOM.

  • @SerpentGreen249 MARSOC is not Army SF Nor anything like it. Marsoc is the Marines Navy Seals. But less. Sorta like Army Sappers or such. Their training is almost the same. But they don't have as much as the Rangers. Just wanted to clear that up with you.

  • if you wanna be brain washed and have really no options in your military career...join the marines. If you wanna have lots of options and choose between a number of special forces units to try for join the Army . The Army has so much to offer, but they cant compete with the Marines recruiting slogans and their useless swords.

  • I think its funny that whenever its Army vs Marines, the Rangers are Almost always brought up. Um, then lets bring up Force Reconn, now what time is it????? yeah baby OOH Freakin RAH!!!!

  • @Corpsman2326 Force Recon? ahahahahahha, There's a bunch of them in the Rangers. so what does that say?

  • Yep they are and don't compare branches they do their jobs well.

  • Obviously marine trainning is tougher, but the army has has the Rangers who could tear the marines in half and then some. However, they are all on the same side!

  • @CJbass420 how is marine training tougher? be specific? Marines get their training from the Army. 1500 Marines go thru Army Infantry training every year at Benning, Marines get Artillery training from the Army, Armor Training from the Army, Logistics, cooks, and most of support training from the Army at Fort Lee, VA. WHICH IS home of logistics. Ranger training, airborne training.

Marines get trained mostly by the Army.

  • @SerpentGreen249 Actually the Marines are really there own thing. Also what I mean is, Marine boot camp is longer, they do for difficult work, and people can fail, in the army you really can't fail, they won't let you. But that doesn't mean every Marine is tougher then every Army man, plus not many Marines get to go to Ranger School. I'm sorry but in Basic trainning Marines are the toughest, BUT in special operations, they are all equal, they just have their own pruposes.

  • @CJbass420 Do you whole heartedly believe that BASIC TRAINING determines who's better? ahahhahaha, wow, if you do you're sadly mistaken.

What makes the Army better is budget, equipment, advanced training...That's why Marines don't have Delta Force, SF, Rangers, Airborne, Cav Scouts...etc.

  • @SerpentGreen249 yeah thats because they are the biggest branch. but if army training is so much better why do they change their basic training, or why are there so many over weight Soldiers. oh and why do the army have more casualties than the Marines?

  • So I REALLY want to join the Marine Corps after High School, I've been talking to the recruiter any chance I can, I'm 16 though so there is only so much we can discuss.... Still wish to join though

  • the USMC and US army have diffrent jobs to do in the field of war,

An Army is a very open term for a body of people, wile the the Marines have always spechised in sea/air to land warfare. the army can vary the training depened of what the army for (e.g. Ranger and US Speail Forces), the Marines world wide do natraly what it's the army to 2 years to train for.

  • yeah true but im talking about those who do quit but dont and they just go back to boot camp, because they go to b.c.e.r it stands for boot camp for endagered recuits its like slang and their trianing is easier then regular camp to make them seem like it wasnt hard to begin with like a jedi mind trick ok im just stating the facts because im a marine and im pround and mature enough to realize just kuz im a marine dont mean im more elite then the other im in the 23rd reg. 1st battalion in sanbruno

  • @ohgeewizable you cant really say the army did any better. the army ran completely away from the fight where as the marines who knew that staying where they were would be impossible ran to another position to continue the fight. there were so many Chinese and Korean forces closing in that machine gun barrels were melting cus there wasnt enough time to change them.

  • @ifaciNATE How are MARINES quitters when its the recruits that are quitting the training? They arent marines yet they are RECRUITS that are the ones that are quitting. You cant say marines are quitters when people who ARENT marines are quitting the training. This just proves the point marine training is harder because all the recruits that quit.

  • but hey, the Marines and Army still got the same job. but also one thing important: I SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. MAKE A SAFE TRIP BACK HOME FROM HELL

  • Infantry training in the Army is as long as Marines... 16 weeks. Army has 2300 medals of honor... Marines have 700. Army has pulled marines out of many scrapes in all wars. Marines can't hang with Ranger training... keep up the hype jarheads LOL

  • @ohgeewizable oh yea really. what is done in ranger training that a marine couldnt do?? walk across a stupid beam and jump into a lake? marines out of bootcamp have more of a chance of passing ranger school then some Hooah army freak out of that 8 week thing u call basic training.

  • @soflo23 LMAO...then why dont you go to ranger school boot??? LMAO because i recall seeing a few marines actualy go through ....saddly only 2 of the 7 made it....guess it not as easy as you cherry boots make it out to be

  • @soflo23 wow, that couldn't be more far from the truth. lol I've seen about 600 men in my time at Ft. Benning who have gone straight form their AIT into Ranger school. Then they drop out rate was normal. But more go on to become Rangers with Sapper tabs. On the other hand I have seen Tons of Marines who have dropped out. But that is only because there aren't too many that try. They go to their SF fields in their branch.

  • @RomilousCK dude. c'mon. army basic compared to marine basic is a frickin joke! compare recon guys to ur rangers. we beat u there to. some will say, i seen marines drop out of ranger school or wutever. u ever think maybe b/c they dont care. they aint going to be rangers after they graduate. they're already elite and don need a ranger tab to prove it. Sapper tabs? we learn how to rappel in basic. some of you rappel for the first time sapper school, no?

  • Marines have no easy way in. Thats why they send us in first!

  • @elitemarine74 I have to disagree with you that's not true the people they send first are individuals that are apart of socom. Then the Marines and army foot soldiers come in sorry to make you upset but who ever told you marines are first to fight are wrong.

  • @vrodzesea Yes Marines are the first to fight as a infantry force excluding MARSOC, Rangers, Seals ect..

  • The army is better because it's the largest branch, which means that you have more options. If you wan't to be part of elites, join the rangers or the green berets.

  • @Jeansy23 how does that make the army better? the largest branch? more options? its the exact opposite.. because the army is so packed and overmanned, it lacks jobs and most enlisted people wont have a choice in their job.

  • @RagingDemon89 you say that now but wait till you step off the bus in front of which mcrd you are headed to.. you get thrashed from the second that happens then youll be thinking otherwise lol

  • Go Air Force!

  • @2011BANDIE Airforce Combat controllers are more hardcore than Marines any day.! They are the only ones who can call in airstrikes and usually are the ones who end up commanding Marine squads through Locations to call those strikes in.

  • Oorah marines!!

  • This is such horse shit... The Marine attrition rate is like 12 percent will the army is like 10.

  • I'm gona join up. I'm 21 I better join up now before I regret it in the future.

  • @DontTreadOnMePrepper Dnt sweat it dude. I joined a few weeks ago and I am 22. Can't wait to get the shit kicked out of me.

  • i keep geting these Recruits trying to get me to "go to the ARMY go to the ARMY why not? Give me 3 reasons why the Marines are better than the army? o we get paid more". SSSSSTTTTFFFFUUUU i dont want any more ARMY bitches coming to my school to Recruit muthafuckas...shit.....then they get mad when we mention the marines..-_- FUCK outa here *THE FEW THE PROUD THE MARINES* BITCH

  • @ZEEK38JACK u sound like a marine already good job go fight and do your part but it comes down to the soldier because after bct and your mos training there are more schools to got to after that ranger,sf, an so on its up to the soldier and there chain of command the only diff that i like is that u choose what mos u want and u get rank faster but its up to the parson but like my first sgt told me u will still basically get payed to travel the world and fuck diff girls lol after deployment lol

  • @ZEEK38JACK Most marines end up joining the Army. Just FYI. There's more Marines in the National Guard than they are in the Marine Corps

  • @SerpentGreen249 haha seriously?

  • @ZEEK38JACK join the army, go to sapper school, then go rangers. lets see how many Marines you see with the amount of combat you will see. lol Go army and u will have a future ahead of you. Marines just fight/die, go home to beat your wife. lol

  • So have we determined which branch are better shit talkers and keyboard warriors yet? Some of you disgruntled army cunts really need to go troll your boat gently down the stream.

  • @dudemanguymi I r a Ex ranger turned contractor. it's funny to read some of these things though. When I started up my Contracting company, I started hiring Marines who get out, to shape them into Rangers. They ALL have this idea that they can do whatever I can do. So we set up a challenge to do their Crucible in San Diego, we all passed. We went to Ft. benning for ranger school. (refresh for me) 5 out of the 15 that were there with me couldn't keep up. sum are just all talk

  • why do marines hate the army

  • @CheesyProductionz101 Because they're afraid. Marines had always tried to justify their existence. Marine Corps came so close to being dissolved by the government after WW2 because there was no need to for it. During WW2, the Army conducted more and biggest amphibious landings. Marines were originally created to guard ships.

Marines always talk shit on the Army and create an illusion of being better...they just have to, otherwise they wouldn't even exist.

  • All I have to say is Semper FI!!

  • and back to viet, the navy is the nations most powerful branch....why do you think a nations power projection is based on the strength of their navy....communications dominate war....

  • @Texashog74 Do some research you dumbass, its commonly known...take a look at the national security act if you can read....There is a reason why the marine corps is nick named a force of readiness and the nations 911 force...an MEU can be anywhere in the world in 6 hours, combine that with air support and sea support and you have a much stronger force much quicker than the army can provide...all the army has on the marine corps is numbers, and thats because the army has lowered their standards

  • @MAC736 you must be a cherry boot...chances are a POG??? am i correct???? Commonly known??? sorry again dip shit we dont need congresional aproval to mobilize the army....hence how 10th mtn division deployed to Afghanistan right after special operations without congresional aproval...and American 911 Force??? thats again is just USMC back slaping self propganda....kinda like FIRST TO FIGHT...yet i can find one war that the USMC was actualy first in

  • @MAC736 when the President dials 911, the phones ring at Fort Bragg. Marines are a force in readiness because of their rapidly deployable ability. The Army has rapidly deployable units as well. SF, 173rd, 82nd, 75th Ranger, 101st..etc.

MEUs are a fucking joke. go ask Gen. Hugh Shelton who was the commander of JSOC. Go read his book, WITHOUT HESITATION. Poorly trained and equipped.

  • @MAC736 that is if they are in the location that is needed. What about Rangers or Air Force SF that no one hears about? Who can jump into any location within a 2 hours notice. js. i've been through both branches, but I'm sticking with my contract work.. js!

  • @halo4019 Have you heard of punctuation?

  • @halo4019-kid shut the fuck up, you clearly couldn't last a day in any military.

  • marines are better they fight like a ground force but they do harder work in the marines i see real fire and destuion in iraq and for army i see them wering some green clothes having dinner with a local marines rarley eat or drink there fighting so much and also i looked at a poster the army poster said america on it the marines said america on it but it was cracked the makers of the poster put that probly to show how tought the marines are when america is at its done send in the USMC TO FIGHT

  • @LaFinaYoungGun I've this kind of shit before. Another example of stupidity, when my Command Sgt Major was private, they conducted a joint exercise with the Marines, the Marines were calling in live artillery rounds on their own positions. During a training exercise.

There is a difference between HARD AND RETARD.

  • fuck yes marines have better training anyone can pass the army training thats why everyone joins it cause its easy as fuck it takes a man to be a marine ooorah semper fi fuck army

    3rd battalion 4th marines

  • @click420nick Army got the big gun aka big dick Marine have small dick that why they constantly talking about themselves insecure mofo.

  • @d8654474 yet comming from another dude that has never served marines are the best bitch suck on it people just cant admit it but we are

  • @click420nick what the fuck did you just wrote? damn your an emotional marine huh?

  • @d8654474 nah dude all i know is marines are boss as fuck bro

  • @d8654474 ahahahahahhahaha, The one thing I like about the Marine Corps is the mentality that they instill in their people. "Once a Marine, Always a Marine", I don't give one shit if you're the boss of a big corporation that makes billions of dollars, the fact that you were a Marine comes first.

If other services could capture 10 percent of this mentality it would help them immensely.

  • @SerpentGreen249 yeah i read that part of that book the other day, didn't buy it but sit there read for about an hours, very interesting book, especially the part about the Marine special operation unit the MEU and 50 Marine office or spy that came to work with JSOC. lol

  • @d8654474 I know hahahhaha

  • @SerpentGreen249 Marine brainwashing would put the heaven-gate cult to Shame. It Seem that the Marine fall under the category, " if you can't make it then fake it".

  • @d8654474 I was looking through your YouTube and I noticed how you put the Marines down on every Army Vs. Marines video.... Lets talk about insecure moto... leave your childish comments to yourself.

  • @medranopguard don't worried about it and stop stocking me, if it really bother that much then stop reading it. talking about insecure, what does it matter what i post, it u-tube, the only time it hurt because there are truth to it, so who insecure? if you notice most of those video you have Marine putting down the Army, making negative mostly false comment and you have Army guy trying to defend their branch just like you doing right now. if you can't take it don't dis it out

  • @medranopguard to me i get a kicked out of it when someone get mad over my posting but i stand by majority of what i post. you know dam well the Marine loved to put down the Army every time they a get chance, so stop crying. if there no truth to it then it should bother you.

  • My Grandpa served in the Army for 22 years. Uncle: 2 years, Ancestor: 5 years and became a Lt. Gen. HUGE history in my family for Army

  • >:0 ARMY GO ARMY

  • Who cares if U.S. is mixed with different races? It's good to have a diverse country so we can all get along. Unlike some other countries where there are only one type of race in a military. For example, China has an army full of Chinese. As for the U.S. we have blacks, whites, asians, Russians, Chinese, Filipino, etc... We are all together unlike some other countries

  • These men love to get their butts fucked by their jewish commanders. They can't wait to die for israel. But they won't move there cuz they want their wives and children to enjoy a good raping from illegal urban humanly challenged youths while they defend israel borders and profits.

  • why are stupid americans arguing about the marine corp and the army when they both protect people and are the protectors of freedom and liberty? you yanks should be happy for these men, NOT compare them.

  • @zombie766 exactly ,but see army guys are jelous because marines get a-lot more respect when they feel they are just as good as us Marines .......but in reality this video tells it all .... usmc

  • @riley3890 EDIT: to supplement being a Recon Marine. I'm really tired.

  • @riley3890 I later went to BUD/S to supplement BUD/S. Not everyone can be a SEAL, yes, but a Marine also has a culture that the SEAL lacks. I knew I could've been a SEAL, I demolish the basic requirements, but being a Marine, part of a warrior culture is extremely rewarding.

  • @SSgt24thMEU lol@warrior culture.....is that some sort of joke! To start with you've females within the Corps, so the warrior part of that little statement is laughable and what makes it worse is that you even mention warrior to begin with.

The US infact doesn't even have a warrior culture, end of story. You're a country of immigrants, a mish-mash of different races/religions. It takes a milenium to shape a common culture, a way of thinking and a set of traditions.

  • @SSgt24thMEU

Remind me again, when was your declaration of independance (1776). Come back in maybe another 1000yrs and then maybe then you can start talking about warrior cultures.

  • @davevak Just because a new country was formed does not mean the culture started from scratch as well. American culture has roots spanning thousands of years.

  • @McCharlie lol... at the end of the day you're neither Scottish, English, Irish, Italian or whatever, you're all American. You've no central cultural foundation that binds you as a country together. Like I've already said,' a mish-mash of languages and traditions.

What's American culture...Macdonalds, Burger King, 4th July, Thanks Giving, obesity. You've nothing collectively as a country which you can define as your own. You've no history.

  • @davevak And yet our warriors can beat any other warriors from any other country.

  • @davevak na I dis agree the majority of people in the usa are black and white, Hispanic and over the 100's of years we have all mixed together so we have our own race witch is American ,rarely do people from America know were their ansester came from, see I'm black but i don't call myself African American because i have Indian ,white, black and a bunch of other stuff in my blood so I'm an American and that's how most people feel and far as are war tradition ,we have freed the weak defeated

  • @davevak we have been at war for 11yrs straight, not including ww2 ,vietnam ,coldwar, deset storm, peal harbor need I say more oh yea we defeated great Britain when they were the world power dude do your research man you sound really stupid right now this country was built on war we actually had to win a war to become America Black and white people built this country from the ground up might as well say so hell I say we are Americans not that other bull shit you we calling us

  • @marcus502414 like I've already said, America's a country with no central culture, no traditions. Fuck, alot of the population doesn't even speak or understand basic English. What is America, obesity, KFC, that's American culture!

  • @davevak Fuck culture , all i need is my guns ,money ,my wife , dog and my truck .

  • One is not better than the other. The difference is THE MISSION. Army and Marine Corps have different missions and both train their personnel specifically to accomplish these missions. Marines are a smaller branch with an overall more aggressive mission. That's why the training is different, or "harder". Both branches are very good at what they do. Semper Fi!!! OOOO RAH!!!

  • I served with US army in Vietnam. We took over marine combat operations on November 1970 out of Danang. We had marine and naval combat support. We were tranported to the field on marine choppers, had F4 phanton jets support. I was very impressed with the US Marine Corp

  • @riley3890- lmao very true hooyah

  • Try being a Royal Marine, Now that's hard! Proven fact

  • I really don't see the point in comparing the two. People who have made fantastic careers for themselves whether in the Army, Marines or neither really don't give a shit about how harder the Marine's basic training is. Besides, anyone in the Army, Navy or Air Force if they are good enough, can get into certain special units (i.e. SEALs, Special Forces, PJs, Pilot) where the training is far harder and more severe than anything the Marines have to offer.

  • I really don't know what to join! The marines or ARMY!??!? Please someone help me out.. I want to know what gets better benefits... I know marine training is a lot harder too.

  • @hanseykemmerer marines hands down. But thats just my opinion. some people say army is better but in my opinion the marines are better.

  • lets face it you guys joined the army and the marines because you knew you no chance becoming a navy seal.

  • The Marine Corps is a expeditionary force, capable of strong jabs to the enemies, but not capable of keeping this up over a long period of time without logistics support from other services. The Army is a large force capable of continuous pressure on it's enemies with its own self-contained logistic support unit. Although I respect, the Marines, I despise them for their arrogance and pride. One minute they're dissing others, then their ask for help with transport and supplies.

  • @Anonymous52550 because almost all of the money that goes to the military goes to everyone else the marines get signifigantly less money then the rest so they cant get their own vechiles to travel and they cant get as good of supplies they are arrogant because they get less and live off of less then the rest but they also give more

  • Om My Gosh Guys STOP FUCKING WHINING WHO IS BETTER WE ALL FIGHT FOR THE SAME COUNTRY!!!All The People Who Say Army Or Marines Are Better Are Just Wanna Bes Or Low Rank Soilders

  • Comment removed

  • @SpankyLouhenapessy recheck your fucking history dumbass. I think you got it very wrong. But then again I wouldnt think you would remember all of the facts while you were doing your paper pushing job or your field cook MOS.

  • @SpankyLouhenapessy im a reservist with a combat Mos but the rangers are the armys special forces dumb ass , why compare the army special forces to our regular guys ? and why didnt the rangers hand it off it you army guys lol just saying ....plus the navy seals and the recon marines are better trained than the rangers sorry ... if you wanted to become a marine you should of done so don't bash us everyone know were very good at what we do and oviously better tougher than the army oorah!

  • Comment removed

  • @marcus502414 army special forces is army specials forces, rangers are just special operations.. still higher trained than normal by quite a bit, but not special forces.

  • marines are dumb because the army is the best that ever lived.......ps chesty puller is a bitch

  • @MrDmthomas9 bro trolling or not thats bullshit! you can talk shit about the marines all you want, we embrace it and quite frankly are used to it! -_- But to knock Chesty is pointless and talk about disrespectful!!!! I really want you to say that to a marines face or to anyone who has served in the corps like me :XD If you have any balls at all, go be a man and walk into a marine corps RCT. office and tell them Chesty sucks and is a bitch! See what the fuck happens!!!! what a dipshit!

  • Its funny how it's always the army trying to say they are better than us? You will never EVER be better than the MARINES. Seriously, if u would have had guts when you joined, you would have joined the Marines, but since you didn't. You're just satisfied being fat and walking around looking like concrete.

  • Marines think they are hard because of their 13 week boot camp. Please.

Watch the video: "2 weeks in hell" and tell me if you see Marines doing that. On Surviving the Cut - Sapper, the only Marine couldn't even complete a simple ruck march and failed out.

I've been through both Marine OCS at Quantico and Army OCS at Ft. McClellan, and I can tell you without a doubt that the Army TAC Officers make marine Instructors look like Care Bares.

I respect Marines, but it's time to drop the hard act.

  • @nexace obviously he was a fucking shitty marine. I would get shit faced out in town on friday night, sat. and sunday night, get up hungover as fuck didnt drink water all weekend, and run 10 miles to the base gate and back in fucking sweats! I have never once fell out of anything and to this day, being a disabled vet and out 6 years,I still run daily 3 miles and never fall out. its all in the head. either your hardcore or your not. Marines are hardcore. we fucking have to be.

  • @jfrankart I know that marines are hardcore. Marines are infantryman, all of them. Not all soldiers are infantryman or combat MOS soldiers. The army and air force both have very large support corps. But the soldiers that are combat MOS, or Special Ops soldiers of some sort, are just as hardcore as any marine, I promise you. And for marines to constantly trot around with false pride about being a more hardcore warrior than a non-combat MOS soldier or airman is just lame. Give respect, get respect

  • @jfrankart being a silent proffesional is something i have yet to see in the USMC

  • marines dont need a "special unit" we got something calle Marines. we all do the dirty work, we dont need to get our big brother to fight our fight(rangers/seals) we go out and get shit done on our own, thats why we win more battles that the army. we all have the mentality of a special op warrior. and guess what army pussies, NOT EVEN 1% OF SOLDIERS BECOME A RANGER! so stfu about that. OOHHFUCKINGRAHH!!!!!

  • devgru(usnavy), deltaforce(usarmy), special tactics squadron(us airforce) ,and intelligence support activity(usarmy).. those ar the four special mission units..no marines!!!!!!!!! shit marsoc is only 5 years old..they made marsoc to b like the army...nuff said

  • rangers wer formed in 1676 !!!i dont think marines wer around at tht point...armys been doin this shit..lol
