  • Anyone know the name of this song???

  • @bP112 It's a remix (don't know which one though) of Murk - Believe

  • @slai123 Thanks but for some reason i cannot find the remix.

  • This is insane!

  • Add a dip into that while your feet are out in front of you.

  • Do you take any supplements? like protein shakes and or multi vitamins? or just food

  • I can do those!!! i use those for my planche pushup training. also try wall pushups, put your feet on the wall and just do pushups, it works the core and back a lot.

  • Train insane with Kane!!! I keep adding a few of your exercises to my workouts to keep my body guessing. You have two decades on me and you are killing me :) keep living a healthy lifestyle

  • Mr. Kane, you said you hit each bodypart 2-3 times a week. Methinks this sounds a little like HST principles. Is that similar to what you aim for and have do you use Dual factor training principles yourself? (I read about it from Kelly Bagett)

  • @Banong91

I'm a huge fan of Kelly Baggett and he's actually been a large influence on my training philosophy. Both Bryan Haycock (who wrote HST) and Baggett were the two most responsible in making me adapt a higher frequency approach to training. Though both do still advocate a much lower total volume.

  • @timbahwolf

Are persons able to do an exercise like this if they are 195-200 cms tall?(Which must mean that they also have very long legs)...Or it is easier if someone is short with short legs?

  • @timbahwolf eej timba what is your bodyfat percentage

  • @timbahwolf

can you tell me the song name. plzz

  • Ok i see what your saying, yea i usually train 4-5 days a week, usually doing one body part a day with lots of sets tryna kill it lol. But i wanna switch it up and train like you. And get my body to your level, so i guess il up my training little by little and il get back to you in a couple months for your workout routine lol

  • Sick upper and core strength!

  • Wow, i want to train just like you Kane, being that you train usually everyday.. And hit each bodypart 2-3 times a week. How many exercises and sets do you do per body part each day so that theirs no overtraining. Or is there no such thing as overtraining ?

  • @JMuunn

Obviously there is such a thing as overtraining, but IMO its just rare and if anything highly over attributed. And one really has to give the body time to adapt to higher volume/ frequency, workload. This can take many months. Jumping into my program if you're accustomed to only training 3-4 days per week with a more conventional one body part per weak could lead to over reaching and eventually overtraining.

  • @timbahwolf i like how your so humble and you never show of even tho your ridiculsouly ripped. just wondering if you can do a human flag pole plz post a video that would be great thanks

  • Dude i just found your vids and i've been watching for almost an hour straight, this is exactly how i want to work out, Lots of respet from sweden! do you have a workout scheduele?

  • @pouon

I train seven days per week usually and two or three of those days I'll go in twice per day. I'm big on higher frequency and hitting each body part 2-3 times per week. Most times I split my workouts into vertical push/ pull movements, horizontal push/ pull and lower body. And then rinse and repeat.

  • @timbahwolf Thanks for replying! and i meant respect* I subscribed and will follow you cuz your freaking awsome! =)

  • @timbahwolf what kind of shoes are you wearing? are those VFFs or some type of minimalist shoes? are those what you run in or do you ever run barefoot? thanks

  • @timbahwolf I read up on the internet saying that you need to rest a day or so for your body to undergo recovery. But if your training 7 days per week when do you rest?

  • @InspiredNowOrNever obviously he rests everyday... between sets, workouts but espacially when he goes to sleep... isnt this enough rest? he trains 7days a week but not 24hours a day!

  • brother of zyzz, son of hercules

  • Hey Timbah! At what age did you start training?

    just impressive...

  • @Patsch91

Started lifting around 12 or 13. I had one of those plastic and concrete weights from York.

  • People dont see that kind of power everyday. I saw a 62 Ferrari today, but this vid is more impressive!

  • any advice on how to train up to those?

  • Comment removed

  • thats it?

  • Dear god that was outstanding.

  • holy fuck...

  • Dude, that is so scary! Amazing!

  • that has to be madddd!!! wow! amazing core technique

  • What I love most about this video is the amount of control he has! Throughout the whole thing the dumbbells don't move a single bit, it's just his body that is moving.

    Nice socks btw.

  • @KakashiOwnage Hes not wearing socks :P those are shoes. Apparently they are good for the back.

  • @HeadFull0fZombie Shoes? Haha :P thanks for the info, I would have never guessed it myself xD Having said that....

    Nice shoes btw.

  • Can you do an Empire Strikes Back style one handed handstand pushup though?

  • Simply a beast!

  • nice vibrams :D

  • FML

  • That is superhuman. I will try this.

  • Hey btw it's amazing that we do the exact same stuff, I do that at my gym all the time, as well as most of the stuff I've seen u do before in other videos. I'll try to get some videos up some time, but it's just not likely due to a lack of camara.... either way respond to me, It's always nice to meet people with similar routines.

  • 0 people don't exist

  • HOLY FUCKING SHIT YOU BEAST <3 <3 <3

  • a guy your size with that kind of bodyweight strength..something people can only dream for, except for you it's real!!

  • Teach the world lol u could write a book Core with Kane!!

  • The core must be very important to do this. Do you do any kind of yoga???

  • psh pussy reps multiply that by 0 and thats how many reps i can do

  • Comment removed

  • Amazing!!! You should make some kind or tutorial! :D

  • teach me!

  • do you have to try keep your back straight whilst doing that?

  • Kane, that is just insane! You gotta have wrists made of iron to do that!

  • @shubus Not really. I've done some work, L sits and planche progressions separately, and they really don't take much wrist muscle or tendon strength to do. 135 overhead press puts more strain on the wrists than any bodyweight move in my opinion, and I'm sitting at 205 pounds bodyweight.

  • Are you human?

  • :O

  • i dont even want to try this...

  • timbahwolf is a spartan raced by wolf and trained from chun

  • You sir, are insane! Big inspiration :)

  • wow

  • Amazing Kane!

  • check out the tiger bend pushups and try those

  • if i half as ripped as you when im in my 40ths im gonna be happy;)

  • Props man, that was sick.

    P.S. anyone know that song?

  • This was like more than just tucked pushups, but going into the "L" position between each one, which is difficult in itself! Mad props man! Do u ever do the handstand pushups...the kind where your head goes lower than your shoulders?

  • @StevenSWM If you are in a handstand wont your head natrualy be lower than your shoulders to start with? Or are handstand pushups not actually in a handstand in your books?

  • @nicepandas Some guys do pushups while in a handstand position, where they lower their heads to the floor…but if you perform the handstand with hands on an elevated surface (like two chairs for example) you can then lower your head between the chairs going down to the shoulder level with the chair seats, allowing you to go lower in a handstand pushup. Hope that cleared things up.

  • raw

  • The beast is back

  • fffuuuu

  • Great - Check out some of my videos - i am 220 lbs and i can do 20 full planche push ups
