This argument makes no sense. God created us in order to worship him. He must be a pretty egoistic God to create us just for that. But then you say he doesn't need our worship. I'm not confuse, you may be, because your religion teaches you that your God don't need you, because he is great, this is why you cant REALLY answer the question. If Allah don't need you why did he create you? Did you ask or beg to be created, OF COURSE NOT, you where nothing. Explain to me some person who is suffering all his life from hunger or abuse you think he is grateful or asking WHY.

This person who is suffering is NOT grateful believe me I've delt with people who suffer, especially the young, TRUSH ME THEY ARE NOT GREATFUL TO BE CREATED, they want to know WHY? And even if you are NOT suffering and you are grateful YOU STILL WANT TO know why. If it's to worship him 5 times a day, to get something I never ask for in the first place, then why create me at all, just leave me uncreated. He made the decision without asking us, now if we don't do as he says, he burns us, no thanks

@myacetube some people are not grateful because of his own fault. maybe the person who you're saying 'not grateful to be created' has many problems. we don't ask why we are created, cause only He knows the purpose of our creation. YOU may still ask "why? it still doesn't make sense", only Allah knows why wind cant be seen. the people who who has faith in Allah doesn't ask for anything from Allah. Prophet Muhammad has never asked anything from Allah unless it is for the sake of his followers.

So I don't blame this idiot in the video, nor do I blame you my brother. But God had his reasons fir creating us, and it was NOT FOR US, because we didn't ask. Just like you didn't ask you parents to make you, THEY DID IT FOR THEIR REASONS. if you ask your parents why did you make me. And they said we did it for you, you need to be made, you would lol. You would say huh, I did. If they said we made you to thank us 5 times a day everyday, but we dont need you or your thanks, does that make sense?

@myacetube life is the greatest gift Allah has given us. and Allah created heaven and hell especially for us. it still doesn't make sense, but it is stated there in the holy Quran. now, when Allah created Adam, Allah told Adam to worship Him just like the angles worship Allah. He didn't ask why he was created because only Allah know why. Just like why we can't see air.

@myacetube i'm sorry, Heaven and Earth is the greatest gift from Allah. And He created us to be in these world. And Allah created us by birth through our mothers. Parents don't ask us to worship, but as a gift from us to them is to obey them and so on. "Heaven Lies Under the Feet of Mother". Allah wants us to obey His orders and worshipping Him is one of them.

and our parents loves us so they didnt have us just for us to worship them, if it was not totally by accident, our parents had us for a personal need to have something to love and care for. @einstein706 Scientists have only discovered something which has already has already been created. You can not, logically, prove to me the non-existence of God. You either have to accept that the universe was already constant, or created.
If you believe in the former, you have to ask yourself why you believe that the universe can be consistent, but not God?
If you believe in the latter, you need to ask yourself whether you believe that the Creator, is bound by His Creation, (space and time)?

I've only seen about 30 seconds of this, but this guy seems like a good and honest pastor for Muslims - even though I'm a Christian. I believe God created us to worship Him. I'm curious, what do Muslims believe? Christians believe that Jesus, God's Son, died to save our sins so that we can get into Heaven. Christianity is about having a relationship with God. Is Muslim like that, too?:)

@itscompIicated Yup =). For us, Jesus, the son of Mary, was our prophet like many others, with the word of God. We believe he was created, in a similar fashion to Adam and Eve. Adam being from no male, no female. Eve from one male and no female, whereas Jesus was from no male and one female. He bled, he ate and he drank. We cannot believe that God is bound by his own creation (space, time and matter). He is above this, and sent messengers, e.g. Moses.

Translations of the Holy Coran cannot fully translate the meanings of revelation; however, the language allows Allah to be non-gender and not a thing.

Wait... we were made by allah to "Submit us to allah" or "Obay what is instructed" so that we can COME BACK to our birth place... AGAIN, this answers nothing about our purpose. We were created in paradise, and through worship, we can enter back. Is that our only purpose? Entering back? why does he want us back in paradise? is he lonely? This answers nothing. Useless

Coog good question. I have been askin this question all my life.... but if this life is insignificant to the next, then surly we will see how insignificant our sufferin was in the hereafter... It is not God who is causing suffering, it is we humans. Maybe those who suffer are rewarded in the hereafter, if this is the case then our suffering would mean nothing.
