as a point of interest, prior to the phonograph, hundreds of years later, no one in history knew what they sounded like. we all sound differently to ourselves then we sound to other people, so while she might have been able to state that that was her voice, it is, at best a guess, as she wouldn't actually know, for certain, what her voice sounds like
