@1990babyface Kenan and & Kel left in 1999, and Lori Beth left in 1998. Nick, Danny, and Amanda were still on the show, they just weren't there in this video (I don't know why for sure).

What had happened was-- Kenan & Kel had left by the 6th season and therefore they wouldn't do press for the show's award even though Kenan did kinda go up to the podium on the award show with them for getting a different award handed by Josh. Amanda was doing press for winning the kids choice female actress and Nick Cannon was hosting a orange carpet interview type show. As for Lori-Beth, she had left Nickelodeon about two years prior to this & Danny was in college! ;)
