It's usually pretty easy to tell when people in their teens or twenties comment on old shows. Capt America and Spider Man were the best of the Marvel cartoons including Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Fantastic Four, and Sub Mariner which were of marginal quality even to kids of that era (Thing looked like a plushie). These shows were made on a VERY small budget at a time when animation was still a time consuming and expensive process.

Talk about pure GOLD! Is this a real show? I love RARE shows like this. I wish The Hub, or Cartoon Network would focus on getting blocks of these to air on Saturday & Sunday Mornings. Imagine the ratings they could get. All of us retro fans now have kids, nephews, young cousins. We would watch it, then also get the kids in our family to watch it. Networks would make money on shows they don't even pay to produce now. Why can't they get that in their heads? Thumbs this up, and spread the idea.

More and more people are not subscribing to the higher tiered cable or fios packages. But you're right, these shows have been neglected. CN should air them all, they probably could on Boomerang but you shouldn't have to pay extra..
