  • Lol at the title...

  • Aww, I like how you added hearts!(:

  • definetly bloody good

  • my papa makes really good kind its like chocalte but it acts ike caramell XD

  • Can you use condensed milk instead of evaporated milk? (Or are they the same? -excuse my ignorance!) Also, if you do, would you need less sugar? Thanks for the recipe in advance, by the way, I'll definitely give this a whirl...um, for the kids of course!

  • @chisheen epaporated milk is alot runnier than condensed mil with alot less sugar, I have never made it using condensed milk(watered down) before so I wouldn't recomend it

  • what a name LOL

  • This is an awesome recipe!...I think I will try it this week

    Thanks!

  • Hi, what would cause it to start to burn on the bottom of the pan, I am sturning it all the time and the temp is around 220?

  • @IanJones80

have you used a heavy bottom pot?, also if you have one try using a flat bottom wooden spoon as it moves the fudge better, and make sure you are stiring it constantly the sugar contentent will catch quite easily

  • this looks great

  • what do you mean 3+3/4 cups??

  • @MALEEDUDI

3 cups then three quarters of a cup

  • it would be great if you made video... not slideshow

  • @lukacho5

I have found I prefer watching a slideshow as it doesn't take as long, thus why we do slideshows

  • Could someone give me the recipe NOT using grams as measurements?

  • @mediate27

try using 3Tbsp butter instead of 50g

    19oz of chocolate is about560g

    6 3/4 oz of marshmellows

    hope that helps

  • @mediate27 The net has lots of sites where you can convert measurements...

  • If you use white chocolate, it taste like milkybar

if you use milk chocolate, it taste like a mars bar without caramel!

    mmmm

  • mimi

  • I followed this recipe but the fudge didn't solidify, it's kinda gooey =S

  • is it alright if the fuge is kinda melted

  • It's very hard to find evaporated milk in where i live. Is it possible to use condensed milk? and if i use dark bitter chocolate will it work?

  • @michelle92ify you would have to thin it down to evaporated milk consistency

  • I like this its fast n simple

  • will tinfoil do for lining the tray?

  • OOOOOoooohhhh yummy fudge

  • OOOOOooooooooohhhh yummy

  • salted or unsalted butter?

  • @thatsuperhotstuff either doesn't matter

  • Thanks for sharing!

  • can i use cream instead of evaporated milk?

  • I'm sure cream would work fine , or even 1/2 cream 1/2 milk mixture

  • @rabbiteh No. Cream will not work.

  • can i use some different choclates n flavours instead of marshmellows n d choc melts,,,

  • You have to use marshmellow to get the right consistency but you can use plain flavoured ones but chop up small so the melt easily, as for the chocolate you can also make with white chocolate with this flavour i usually chop up Oreo cookies and make it Cookies & Cream flavour

  • thnx that helped,,, but now i gotta search 4 diz stuff here in Mumbai (India),,, itz vry difficult gettin deze things (marshmellows, carnation...) n all,,, u wont believe,,,lol,,, so juz was wantin an alternative

  • @hk44gcutd .....marshmellows are not easy to find in India. i agree with u. Marshmellows are available in Kodaikanal though that too in abundance.

  • Hi, after 5 mins (step 3), do you take the mixture off the heat and add in chocolate etc or do you keep it on the stove? Thanks.

  • remove from stove and add the chocolate & marshmellows immediately as the mix will be hot enough to melt them

  • Hi CiccioItalianCafe, I don't eat marshmallows as I am a vegetarian and most marshmallows contain gelatine, will the lack of these on the recipe alter the result much?

  • yes it will be alot harder, try finding vegetarian marshmellows that use agaragar instead of gelatin, or I would try adding 1/2 cup condensed milk that should alot help soften

  • kia ora from windy wellington! tis a shame this cant be veganised, however i shall continue my search..

  • @orangenapple there ARE kosher marshmallows that are not made from animal product. try the kosher section of your store

  • cool.

  • this bloody good fudge looks delicious and i am tempting to try out this recipe this week

thank you CiccioitalianCafe for posting this video

    cheers =)

  • glad you enjoed it

  • i am so embarrassed... i meant to type:

"you are not exaggerating in the least"

  • no worries I knew what you meant

  • does milan eat this and did he comment "bloody good"?

  • Who is Milan? and whoever he is didn't comment bloody good our customer did

  • Milan V is big boss and food critic if Milan say's this is bloody good then ill trust it. First i have to ask him before i try it.

  • is the fudge hard bec mine was very soft rolf lmao

  • if its soft its not boiled long enough or hard enough, it needs to be a vigourous boil

  • looks good!

  • I have just finished making this, mmm yummy!!

    Very very tasty! thank you!

If anyone wanted to know how ounces in a cup its 8!

  • how many grams is a cup of sugar?

  • I've been using a nearly identical recipe for YEARS but only with white marshmallows and chocolate chips. The proportions may be slightly different. It is fantastic, easy and everyone loves it!

  • that looks soooo gud im gunna try that!! thx

  • i promise to try this!hmmmmm....
