yes i do agree to go with the aphogee regimen also i think yu should follow BuildableBeauty. she has a really good regimen check out her videos. I am doing her regimen after i subbed. I used to be in te army to so i know how harsh it can be on a woman of color hair... keep in contact with me so we can encourage each other on this journey.
I would say the best thing you could do for your hair at that starting point would be to either cutt it all off and go natural, or let it grow a few inches and then do a cutt. your hair grows but you are breaking it off. you will see your hair grow when you stop using heat. my personal experience your hair will never be healthy and as beautiful as it can be when you iron and relax your hair.

I think you should look at ateeya aphogee regimen video. Many women on here have been getting really good results by following this product line.
