He actually used the name Corbin Fisher to promote himself strongly implying that Corbin Fisher was promoting prostitution and 3. They did try to handle this amicably (according to the attorney) and he refused to listen. I hope they still give him the opportunity to walk away cause he's a dumb kid, but he's not blameless.
I agree with him. I use pictures by their consent. Often they are OVER THE MOON ofr the free publicity. As a producer, I would have NO problem with an acotr using my pictures I took of him...I'd be happy for the free advertising, the studio in question is overly priotective and now has it's reputation in TATTERS!
@CristianTorrent The name of the studio is Corbin Fisher. It's not JUST that they used the pictures, but that he used it to promote something that shouldn't be, but is, illegal. Furthermore, if you want YOUR work given away that's your business. Obviously CF doesn't want it. At the very least he should of asked. Bottom line: he signed a contract agreeing not to do what he did.
