I agree with you that "isn't totally fair" for Europeans "to hate" Bush. "Hatred" is a bad sentiment per se, and unfortunately there is too much "hatred" in Europe. Too many people in Europe "hate" people just because they don't think or don't look like them. Partly, this is why I moved to the US and live there a long time.
