But in particular, Reagan's program of welfare for the already-wealth, has increased the disparity of wealth in America to its greatest extent since the 1920s. Unions started out as a good thing, to protect the workers from criminal employers. That was a good thing! Until most of the Unions became corrupt & were high jacked by Socialist. So in my humble opinion the Unions need to be disband. We have laws now that protect everybody from those kinds of employers. The Unions in Europe & Greece are crashing they're economy. Greece is about to fall & our economy is at the same stage as theirs. In the blink of an eye ours could go down...

FYI: The Pledge of Allegiance was written in 1892 by a socialist, Francis Bellamy, who was a member of a political group known as Christian Socialists. He was also a Baptist cleric forced out of his Boston church for preaching socialist-tinged sermons.
The words "under God" were added to the pledge 23 years after Bellamy's death.

We are historically a Christian nation bc of our Christian heritage. But yes we are a nation of many faiths and people. That doesnt demean them in anyway. We cant change our history. Also, Europe twisted the Christian faith to its pleasing in the past. They didnt follow the Bible of course. As Founding Father Noah Webster explained, "The ecclesiastical establishments of Europe which serve to support tyrannical governments are not the Christian religion but abuses and corruptions of it."
