  • ugh, get these crocks of the street. damn pigs

  • You can smell the corruption.

  • i live in a small town and if cops did this shit here they wouldn't dare leave thier house alone at night nor there family bitches

  • Please flag the stupid shit below me as spam.

  • @thedirtynasty nooo problem

  • dude, when shit hits the fan...i feel so sorry for cops! wrong side of the constitution. best read up on Thomas Jefferson...

  • It's so sad that a vast percentage of our police force look at 18 and 19 year old kids as a big threat to society.

  • So what exactly was accomplished here?

Other than an arrest, criminal record and a red flag placed upon him? Not to mention a red flag placed on others who attended.

I'm not anti-drug. However, stuff like this is just silly to me. Police are 'revenue agents', which means they love this kind of stuff.

They want conflict/protest. These two particularities are great for creating revenue for the State, along with traffic tickets.

Privacy should never be taken for granted.

  • There are ways to protest, walking through the police and bumping them in any manner is not one of them.

He obviously had many routes to take.

  • If I didnt live in Oklahoma I would be there with you man.

  • i guess manchester is still basically a police state

they detain you and demand obedience and papers

  • Yes, and I heard that the five-oh's put an APB out for the Cardinal of the Shire. Apparently he's wanted for being goofy in public.

  • absolutely

although he has never been spotted in manchester

  • did the officers say "you wanna fight me"?

Was Mr. tiner charged with battery on a L.E.O.?

I hate the power trip that cops go on that little glazing bump was no reason to arrest someone and put them on the tax payers dime.

If I keep seeing stuff like this I may have to make the freestate pledge, and I dont even smoke weed! ( it should be legal though as well as all other drugs)

  • That was blatant assault on a police officer they should hang that bastard.

  • Sadly, sarcasm doesn't come across well in text comments.

  • thats what your tax dollars are paying for what a joke them cunts should be out catching real crooks but anyway there just cunts and there day will come

  • The cops: over paid redneck morons....in uniform carrying guns.....scary, huh?

  • They should get a good lawyer and sue those ignorant, over paid pathetic cops.

  • why do cops think it's ok to treat people like this?

  • because there is no competition in the arena of protection services. So they have no incentive to treat their "customers,"

with respect. When was the last time you went into best buy and got threatened for not buying a tv?

  • Fc, Blackwater is a GOVERNMENT contractor, operating under the same limited liability of all government agents.

And fascism is not private security. Fascism is government control. One cannot reach "fascism" by reducing government control, blindfolded or not.

Fascism is what we have now. It continues to trend toward full socialism, as more and more power is aggregated into the various governments.

Haven't read your posts for a while, when did you get stupid?

  • Blackwater is not exclusively a gvmnt contractor, they will work for whoever pays them money. They are mercenaries, a private army for hire.

You apparently think that's a fine idea(?), that the market will somehow (magically) hold them accountable.

A private "security" force; Orwell himself would be impressed with that euphemism Curt!

Your devotion to the "free market" (which is neither free nor a market, but a plunder) is incoherent and unfounded.

  • "that the market will somehow (magically) hold them accountable."

You are welcome to point to how they are accountable now.

No? Because they are government contractors.

You are welcome to hold them accountable. Oh, that's right, you can't because they work for government.

As private individuals they have no limited liability.

The free market is the only way such mercenaries are NOT a private "army" for hire.

Thank you for making my point for me.

  • The Bush/Obama administration (which is really a single entity- only differing in skin tone) this month let Blackwater get away with the murder of 17 people in Nissor square, Baghdad, Iraq.

The mercenaries weren't saved by limited liability, they were bailed out by corrupt and cynical criminals who have turned gvmnt into a wholly owned corporate subsidiary.

The market is the cause of the problem. Not the solution.

  • "asserting that gvmnt action is somehow a free market."

I never asserted that. There is no such thing as the free market. I would agree that there is such a thing as The Market. But, as I have said repeatedly, it is certainly not "free" and a more accurate word for it would be "plunder."

The "free" market is a fantasy that many influential people deluded themselves into believing actually existed- Alan Greenspan and Milton Freidman to name two (who worshiped laissez faire capitalism)

  • This is sheer nonsense... Any price fixing mechanisms, including the setting of interest rates (which is exactly what the Federal Reserve does) are all 100% incompatible with laissez faire capitalism. The market sets the interest rates in laissez faire capitalism, not some appointed bureaucrat, and here you are asserting that such a beauracrat, Alan Greenspan, *worshiped* laissez faire capitalism?

  • Greenspan was a disciple of Ayn Rand and is a self proclaimed libertarian.

4 presidents from the Business Party (split into two factions known as democrats and republicans) appointed Greenspan as chairman of the fed because many of his libertarian ideals appeal to the Business Party- deregulation, privatization (of everything), union busting, the elimination of the welfare state (for people but not business, of course), "free" trade, ect ect.

  • Greenspan turned his back on Austrian economics early on in his career. You will be hard pressed to find either a Libertarian or an Objectivist with anything positive to say about him. History shall judge him by his deeds. He supports government power to seize financial instutions, wall street bailouts, and all kinds of market disrupting activities.

You don't "worship" lassaiz-faire capitalism by betraying it's principles. Now he's just a failed Keynesian trying to save a failed legacy.

  • Greenspan the lifelong libertarian "oracle" of economics and self proclaimed acolyte of Ayn Rand himself said in his 2007 memoir "The Age of Turbulence" that;

"I find the philosophy of the unfettered market compelling."

"in 1968 I decided to engage in efforts to advance free market capitalism as a (political) insider."

"compromise on public issues is the price of civilization, not an abrogation of principle."

    "we tried regulation, none worked."

    But in 2008;

"I found a flaw in the model."

  • In case you didn't notice, Greenspan was chairman of the Federal Reserve, the pinnacle of anti-market government.

Quoting Alan Greenspan about markets is like quoting Dr. Mengle on ethics. Doing so is dishonest in the extreme.

  • "Greenspan was a chairman of the Fed."

In your analogy Greenspan is Dr. Mengle of economics. That's a pretty apt observation. For once we can agree on something.

  • I don't see how it is dishonest to quote Greenspan on what he claimed his own lifelong philosophy was.

The guy was an incredibly destructive force on our economy. Shouldn't we want to know what the hell he was thinking?

Unless of course it makes libertarianism look bad, right?

  • An intelligent person would look at what he did, not just what he said. Don't be intentionally obtuse.

The organization he runs, in itself, is the biggest market distortion in the history of markets. He literally prints up money out of thin air, loans it to the banks at 0.25% or less, which they then use to scam us at 6% or more.

He intentionally kept interest rates artificially low in the early 2000s, which directly caused the malinvestment and over borrowing that followed.

  • "an intelligent person would look at what he did."

Too true! You should listen to your own advice.

Since he never did turn his back on fundamental libertarian values like promoting privatization (of everything), eliminating the welfare state (for people, not business), deregulation, reduction of taxes (for business, not people), free trade, and other cornerstones of laissez faire economic philosophy it's fair to say he was being truthful about adhering to the libertarianism as Fed chairman.

  • If he was promoting privatization, he would have ended the federal reserve itself, not continued to give special privileges to banks. He would not have manipulated the money supply and the credit markets, which is what led directly to the crisis. If he believed in freedom, he would eliminate the welfare state for businesses too, not support bailing them out.

He wasn't pro free trade at all -- he was pro central economic control -- he was the main one doing it!

  • Your description of libertarianism as being pro-freedom for business, but not people, is nothing I agree with.

I even oppose corporate person hood. If the owner of a business uses it to screw people over, he should be held personally responsible.

People should be free to use their lives and their money as they choose, as long as they don't harm others. That's what I believe in.

Your definition of libertarian is not pro-liberty at all.

  • > he never did turn his back on fundamental libertarian values

Fc, every action he took on the public payroll violated "fundamental libertarian values".

So either you're deliberately ignorant of what those values are, or you're trying to assert Greenspan's manipulation of the money supply is a "fundamental libertarian value" which is false on its face.

The Libertarian position is no Fed at all. Period. No manipulation of the money supply. He did, therefore he's no libertarian.

  • "I never asserted that."

Liar. Go back and read. You do so repeatedly.

Your scholarship is also lacking. Greenspan is answered well already, Friedman was a "monetarist" who never actually trusted the market with money. That's why he was allowed to be a "prominent" figure, while Rothbard and Mises were deliberately shut out.

The market is not plunder, because it is voluntary. That is why government is not a "market" force, it is coercion.

  • "Liar. Go back and read."

I don't need to Curt, because I know what I wrote. Nowhere did I write that "gvmnt action is somehow a free market" as you have attributed to me.

Distorting my words shows a real lack of intellectual honesty on your part Curt.

As far as Greenspan goes- you can reject him for his lack of purity all you want, as he said he had to make compromises, but he never abrogated his core libertarian principles while he was a political insider advancing the free market.

  • Please enlighten me Curt. Where did I say that "gvmnt action is somehow a free market"?

If I did indeed say that (which I didn't), but for the sake of argument, if I did say it and you can tell me where I said that I will gladly admit I was wrong.

  • > Where did I say that...?

"Blackwater is not exclusively a gvmnt contractor"

"they were bailed out by corrupt and cynical criminals who have turned gvmnt"

In your own words they are protected from prosecution for their actions because they enjoy the limited liability of GOVERNMENT.

And you assert that Blackwater and their immunity is an example of the free market.

So government action is an example of the free market, so YOU have said. Your own words, quoted AGAIN.

  • "You assert that Blackwater and their immunity is an example of the free market."

That's not even close to what I said Curt! Don't be disingenuous.

What I very clearly said was that Blackwater's de facto immunity was not due to some kind of gvmnt umbrella of limited liability.

Their de facto immunity was derived from their criminal gangster friends who have usurped gvmnt and turned it into a corporate subsidiary.

  • > was not due to some kind of gvmnt umbrella of limited liability.

Which is false. That is EXACTLY what protects them when employed as agents of government.

Police do not kidnap, they detain.

The IRS does not extort and rob, it collects.

Blackwater or the army do not murder, they "enforce".

The fundamental power of government AND ITS AGENTS to do what is a criminal act by private citizens is called "limited liability".

  • "Blackwater's immunity is an example of the free market." - A statement you attribute to me.

Which I neither said nor implied.

But, my central point to all of this is that the market needs to be monitored, regulated and controlled (preferably through democratic means.)

When I say "the market" I am not talking about the "free market." I'm talking about the actual market as it exists in the real world.

The free market doesn't exist. It's a fantasy. It never has existed. It never will exist

  • > my central point to all of this is that the market needs to be monitored, regulated and controlled (preferably through democratic means.)

    So you're a minarchist. Fine.

Now tell me, how's that working for you? As far as I can tell, the depredations of government make mere private crime pale to insignificance.

Eliminate limited liability. That would be a great start.

    > It never has existed. It never will exist

    Neither has "government oversight".

  • I disagree only that private security agents out number police by several times. But what we call private security are nothing more than guards, since the government has reserved to itself and its agents the combination of "police powers" and limited liability.

It is that combination of more-than-normal-people power with immunity for the results of their actions that makes for the moral corruption we see in police everywhere, every day.

    "Absolute power" and all that.

  • Police operate under what is known as "limited liability". While on duty (and many times off) any actions that can be defined (no matter how broadly) as "in the line of duty" are immune from any prosecution.

So the idiot cop who deliberately got bumped gets to claim anything they want, and unless or until they are PROVEN wrong to the POLICE DEPT satisfaction, they can get away with murder if they want.

Power corrupts. The power to be an asshole and get away with it is very corrupting.

  • These Manchester cops are out o cntrol. Disgusting.

They have an "us and them" metality and could cae less about the people they beat up on.... dsgusting and heart breaking this thug force.

  • local governments are hurting for money....id be on the dl if i were yall...easy pickings for revenuers...

  • i agree... many states have statutes that a certian amount of pot is just a ticket ...other states a joint or a pound doesnt matter.....and its a money making proposition for them..I do not smoke anything...never have..its not my thing...it does seem to me that legalization makes sense.. requiring some sort of tax if folks want to partake would be a better course to follow.....i also think that drinking and smoking dope should be something done in private not public..as a common courtesy .

  • its funny, with all that is wrong in our country that the issue of pot is about the only thing people under 30 have any unity over....they are unaware of the real issues confronting their future...

i usually dont watch vids on this topic but it was favorited by someone im friends with....so im unfamiliar with other vids...taunting cops is not smart...i did mmpi2's on cops...youd be scared out of our mind if you knew what their profiles suggest.

  • Well I guess every occupation has it's share of inflated ego - no doubt there are a few dumb cops out there for sure. The MMPI though? "You loved your father?"....."You have black tarry bowel movements?"....I remember those questions...lol.

  • what shocked me was my first day on the job i was asked to determine which of two test were taken by a policeman and which was taken by a serial rapist....there was no difference between their test results...that sort of creeped me out...and make me the post polite guy who ever got a speeding ticket...

  • pardon the typos...

  • The system counts on pot smokers just accepting what happens. If every smoker who was arrested fought it weed would be legal in a year cuz all the cities would go broke just going through the process that many times.

  • civil disobedience is a tactic, and a successful one, at changing the law. When will you get that concept?

  • Advertising the committing of a crime, doing one's best to get police attention...then being deliberately uncooperative - rude - and (at times) aggressive will get you arrested - when will you get that concept? As it stands....your idea of a great concept isn't working too well is it?

  • Really? Maybe you should do a little research.

  • @hibraisil Well lets see.....marijuana is still illegal is it not? Which, by the way, is something that I think should be legal. But barring my opinion - it istill remains illegal, and a review of these little protests in NH have done nothing except give these people a teeny tiny record and 5 minutes of martyrdom fame. Enlighten me if I am wrong.

  • Okay. You're wrong. These "little protests" are part of a bigger movement. More states are legalizing Med MJ, more states are decriminalizing MJ and as of right now 4 have legalization bills in the legislature, including NH.

  • hibraisal - don't you know yet? I am never ever wrong.....you so disappoint me.

  • yeah...You're a legend in your own mind.

  • @hibraisil Okay Dirty Harry - What's next...Make my Day?

  • It looks to me like all of this marijuana civil disobedience is just empowering the DEA, cops, etc.. It gives them something to do to justify their salaries and they get to push people around.

  • Civil disobedience = good.

Giving them a pretext to arrest you = FUCKING IMMATURE.

  • I can't believe what the police think they can get away with. I'm so happy we have camera's now a days... I really do...

    TY for posting this.

  • arresting people for not hurting anyone else is pretty stupid. BAD LAWS EXIST!

  • I've never said all laws were GREAT - but it isn't a cops job or place to decide what gets enforced and what doesn't (excluding civil violations such as speeding etc.) Jerking off on your front lawn doesn't hurt anyone, but I would imagine you would agree that such a person should get a spanking....don't you?

  • Actually cops CAN make the decision to arrest someone or just ticket them in alot of cases. And jacking off on your front lawn DOES hurt people (kids).

  • Oh right - and doing drugs in public parks doesn't hurt kids.....doesn't make them interested at all. I am sure you have no problem with how the 4:20 events in Keene turned out...with grown ass men handing joints to 10th graders....all on tape....know every one of them. BRILLIANT.

  • Publicly whackin'-it is bad, but public drug use is good?

I'm not really a big fan of public displays of either type. I mean, I'm not against upholding some basic standards of decency.

But I think what you do in the privacy of your own home (whether you're smokin' up or whackin'-it, or both at the same time) should not concern the gvmnt.

I don't think libertarians will succeed on the drug issue by pushing it in people's faces in public.

  • Well people can smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol in public so why not smoke weed? Its not gonna get everyone high around you

  • I'm sure if you were to drink alcohol in a public park you would have a good chance of being arrested.

Cigarettes for whatever reason(s) are more socially acceptable, like eating chocolate or drinking coffee (which also have "drugs" in them.)

  • Simply, because one is illegal and the others aren't.

Is that fair? Maybe not, but that's what's law right now.

  • Ok then if theres a law i dont like i can just leave the country right? What if the law is in EVERY country? Dont i have the right to live on a peice of land that is not owned by anyone nor has any laws Period?

  • No, because you were several hundred years too late.

That's just how life is. There are lots of disappointments in life. What's important is how you choose to react to them.

  • Unfortunately nothing ever gets changed until you start pushing it into people's faces.

  • Um, Im pretty sure jerking off on your front lawn would cause a lot of psychological harm to children. That was a really stupid analogy,

  • SILENCE! Silent Nation did not give you permission to type. Sorry the whole jerking off thing hit you so close to home....now go get a kleenex and blow your nose - remember big boys don't cry. And NO SHIT GENIUS....that was the whole point to my comment...DUH.

  • Nice Job Dave

  • Oh noes! The bad dope-smoker TOUCHED the pig as he walked by! How DARE he! He got his serf-germs all over his lord and master.

What a bunch of douchebags. And they get paid from taxpayer's money for this stupid shit.

  • As long as you acknowledge who is Lord and Master - the rest is just fodder for a really sad country western song.

  • Being physically aggressive to someone - especially a cop - is not "civil disobedience." What else did he expect to happen?

  • whats wrong with them? weed is like the most harmless drugs of all.

dont you get locked up for 20 years or so if you are caught with weed over there? o.o the laws are extremly harsh i heared. like you get jail for life if you get caught 3 times ._.

    ps:smoke weed everyday

  • Everyone knows you're a cop. Stop spewing diarrhea from your mouth and go post stupid things on another video. You would think all the thumbs down would give you a hint.

  • Oh boy....another Mr. Wizard who is going to play the guess your occupation game. However, I think it's sweet you care enough to reply....AND even more sweet you count the thumbsies. Even if I was a cop - what is your fucking point?

  • Eh, really don't want to waste my time with this. The more you type the more you prove how stupid and trivial you are. Take care little buddy.

  • If you don't really want to waste your time with this - why did you in the first place....and why are still? Just had to let me know didn't you....lol - so predictable. You'll reply again to me somewhere along the way - in some fashion or another - youtube heroes always do.

  • How old are you?

  • Ba dap Bump. Right on cue. I am in my thirties...my favorite color is blue. If there is anything else you wish to not waste your time with, please let me know.

  • I said I did not want to waste my time arguing with you. What the hell is a youtube hero? It's really good to know that we have people with your mentality on our police force.

  • Why are you so hostile?

  • Why is your favorite color blue?

  • Are you a statie or a town cop?

  • is blue the color of your uniform?

  • I like bananas and oranges.

  • actually i dont know of any fruits that are blue.

  • Why is your name SSILENTNATION?

  • so they got undercover out there now? or is it blackwater?? hmmm fuck the pigs where's his id?

  • with the hairstyle this guy is sportin' it's a wonder ya don't see on channel 9 news "Skin-head arrested for assault on a Police Officer.." the labels they like to use are skin-head, hippy, pot smoker, etc and leave out the important things that people are.. mother, fathers, sisters, brothers, uncles and aunts, son and daughter, God fearing, employed, homeowners, teachers, doctors,etc..we ARE the fabric of soceity.. our problem is that we've been seized by criminal taylors changing who we are..

  • I know right....I don't know any police officers who are mothers, fathers, brothers, homeowners, taxpayers, God fearing etc etc etc etc etc.

  • Serve returned!

  • This country is getting more disgusting every day. A grown man arrest people for no good reason. This is so childish that someone in NH should call CPS on the officer and put him in Juvie.

  • The video isn't high quality but to me it doesn't look like he bumped into him. It even seems like he was sidestepping to avoid bumping into him as well.

  • craig x and temple 420 support you and your Constitutional right to free speech

  • i do not even smoke weed but man it pisses me off to see cops that have nothing better to do, it is just about money not about correction!

  • that is what happens when you have a badge and a gun and a lot of time to kill and get payed to do it!

  • So what are you going to do about it, "pig slayer"?

  • Nazi cops want a police state. In every state in the U.S., nazi cops gather to try and prevent the rest of us from having the freedom to do what our forefathers did in peace. Nazi cops show up at hearings for medical marijuana, bringing with them false accusations and spreading lies and fear. It's what they do. It's their cash cow. They want you to live in fear, so they can continue to thrive on slavery.

FIGHT BACK and we WILL gain freedom again one day!!!

  • You can lead the charge.

  • smoke weed everyday

  • fuck those pigs

  • lol someone looks a little bit off mentally. How much time do you actually waste in a day trolling for negative reactions on Ridley Report vids???

  • Are you doing a book report for school? It's never a waste of time - how do you think the machine keeps track of all you noobs? But - I would say about 15-20 minutes...just spend about 40 seconds on yours. Glad to help - make sure you remember to give me a thumbs down...LIBERTY!

  • lol, you need a girlfriend, and/or a constructive hobby.

  • I love how you watch ridley more then the average activist in NH. The videos must really get to you.

  • poolman isn't worth the time. You're still one notch above that cuz you're slightly entertaining.

  • I appreciate you and your other screen name. It generates more drama on ridley's videos.

  • @wait887 LOL - wait wait887.....are you trying to be a detective? Keep trying - and when you find my other account please let me know - because I must have forgotten what or where it is.

  • Wow, those cops are so cool, I wish I was as good a Nazi as they are. Sieg Heil'
