i not said that YOU take steroids! I said that sometimes even steroids (advance gym bodybuilders). Offcourse you and most have to take at least protein in order to keep the muscle repaired after some hardwork and also as to do with the body physiology of each individual.
all this guys take proteins, shakers, glutamine, aminoacids and even sometime steroids, so if you don't want to take all these stuffs don´t dream with a body like this. Even so you can have a define body with some average muscle with a propriate train and a nutricional plan. This guys spend hours and hours in the gym so for the average people it canot be possible.

Fatigue training, nice :). Just be very careful with bringing your arms above the ears. Trust me, both of my shoulders are ruined, you are very young, but I would recommend to bring them just below the ears, the higher zone is damage zone.
@Rking100000 obviously it meanse lose your fat weight. by adding muscle mass to your body you will be able to burn more calories even when you are sleeping. eventually you will gain muscle weight and lose fat weight
@kevinho1379 I recommend alternating between weights and cardio on different days. cardio exercise like swimming, running, jump roping or any aerobic exercise will burn the extra fat off day by day. and the weigh training will increase your muscle size and strength which will increase your fat burning rate even while your sleeping! . you will also need to eat good. which means eating less crappy processed foods, and eating more healthy natural foods+drink lots of water... that should do it! ;D

@Rking100000 obviously it meanse lose your fat weight. by adding muscle mass to your body you will be able to burn more calories even when you are sleeping. eventually you will gain muscle weight and lose fat weight

@kevinho1379 I recommend alternating between weights and cardio on different days. cardio exercise like swimming, running, jump roping or any aerobic exercise will burn the extra fat off day by day. and the weigh training will increase your muscle size and strength which will increase your fat burning rate even while your sleeping! . you will also need to eat good. which means eating less crappy processed foods, and eating more healthy natural foods+drink lots of water... that should do it! ;D

@r3phon you lose weight by cardio do weights and keep muscles, you cant burn off muscles by exercise.

For all you haters out there who say this video doesn't work, it really does. Sure it may not make you lighter, but do you really wanna be lighter? I think the real problem with people today is that they want to look good even if they may weigh more than they started out. I did this for 2 months. Before I wasn't fat, but I didn't have any muscles. This brought me to an amazing result. Thanks Brandon. YOU'RE A SEXY BEAST!!!!
