That is a pretty unstable trick. I see kids do stuff like that out our bowl all the time, some just flick to god knows where and land cause they got all that time to land and most the time there kids who don't know what they are doing.

When your board hits the ground before you land on it, it usually means you got lucky, or you don't know what your doing, cause if you did you would catch it.

Either way where i am from you don't know a trick until you land it 3 times in a row.
