  • @macktysontv Whatever works! I prefer raw carrots to cooked, funny how that works out.

  • @CampbellFitness yeah, that's funny. And I hear that cooking veggies takes away from it's nutritional value. Do you know if there's any truth to that?

  • @macktysontv Depending on how you cook them, there might me some light micronutrient loss, but not as much as people seem to believe.

  • @SessanDydland The oil really isn't that bad at this point as when you heat it to a certain point some of it's profile is changed.

  • Campbell how many cal, protein and fat do you eat a day?

  • @HollanderT12345 Right now i take in around 3000-3500 (I'm trying to cut a little bit of fat), around 300 grams of protein and I try to limit my fat to sources like fish, flax, avacado (all omega fats)

    That's a lot of cal. You must do a lot of cardio?

    When I am eating that amount I will be definitely fat :(

  • @HollanderT12345 I lift 4 times a week and do cardio 3-5 times a week. I'm 6'4 and about 225lbs right now so just to maintain my bodyweight/muscle mass I have now I need around 3300 calories.
