@HollanderT12345 Right now i take in around 3000-3500 (I'm trying to cut a little bit of fat), around 300 grams of protein and I try to limit my fat to sources like fish, flax, avacado (all omega fats)
@HollanderT12345 I lift 4 times a week and do cardio 3-5 times a week. I'm 6'4 and about 225lbs right now so just to maintain my bodyweight/muscle mass I have now I need around 3300 calories.
Carrots are disgusting if they're not cooked.

@macktysontv Depending on how you cook them, there might me some light micronutrient loss, but not as much as people seem to believe.
