  • lol WTF why u a teacher but have this terrible accent????

  • @Akulina87 I'm teaching Russian here so I am giving English speaking people an idea of how they need to change their voice in order not to have too strong an English accent when speaking Russian. Playing with accents is a good way to get a better accent in your target languages. If you want a British accent, then you'll have to watch other videos on my channel. That could even be quite good for your English study as my usual voice is not far off RP.

  • @usenetposts sorry but u speak terrible......

  • @Akulina87 As badly as you write?

  • @usenetposts yep

  • @Akulina87 idiotic comment.

  • с большой благодарностью я прошу вас больше уроков.

  • I appreciate your dignified approach. Thank you for not swearing.

  • I appreciate your dignified approach. Thank you for not swearing.

  • Fascinating, informative, and pretty funny too. Subbed. :D

  • I just wanted to thank you sincerely for these videos. My daughter (10) chose Russian as her second foreign language, so I am learning with her, and I have to tell you how happy I am to have come across your course :-) or ж8-(э

  • @TheGodlessFantastic Heh heh. Many thanks! Glad you like them.

  • the instrumental of russian reminds me of the latin word for with (cum) and it's kom at the end of a word in russian. thats cool "consumabat infanes secum"

  • @ryanboyd72yahoo That's probably only coincidence. The "cum" only follows pronouns, and the Russian words only have -kom if they are masc or neuter singular instrumentals with a theme ending in k. So you have "s makom" - "with poppyseed" from "mak" but "s sakharom" from "sakhar" meaning with sugar.

  • @usenetposts ya but it's still pretty bad ass

  • I am waiting for the next lessons they are so greats !

I am often watching the previous ones from my MP3 Player in the Parisian tube every morning when going to my working place . You may recognize me : I am the one smiling even during peak hours ... thanks for making me happy while learning russian :)

  • I will always hold in my mind a picture of a hollowed out lemon filled with tea when determining accompaniment vs. instrumentality. Thank you, Hulliganov, for the great word-pictures to help us on our path. До скорого, я надеюсь.

  • I haven't got to this lesson yet but Thank you very much for continuing!

  • please, one single smile!

  • You do not understand. We Russians do not smile by twisting the corners of our lips up like you Italic peoples do. Our smile is upside down for you, as we are eastern people, but the smile is subtle, and in the eyes, not unmixt with tears! When in Rome, do as the Romans do, and when in Moscow, your smile is like this ж8-(э

  • So you are always smiling, lucky man!

  • Of course. It teaches us in the scriptures to be happy whatever happens.

  • As pleasurable as ever! Many thanks.

  • Volume is fine and thank you again for a great lesson

  • Volume fine with me.

  • yeah it is a little quiet, nothing too bad though. Also, shouldn't the title be RL102, not RL101?

  • Aha. true, Thankfully, that bit's easily changed.

  • whats up mr. Huliganov both my speakers and the volume are all the way up and i have trouble hearing you.

  • Strange. It sounds normal from here. Anyone else having this problem?

  • I had this problem, even with volume at full.

  • I was trying to find someone else on Youtube who could explain proper usage of noun declensions, as I get a little bit impatient sometimes. What I found was... мусора. I eagerly await the next lesson. :)

  • whenever I'm looking up noun declensions, i just go to викисловарь and type in the word.

  • Nouns and adjectives don't happen properly until the 103 course. My suggestion is to buy a good grammar book, in the meantime.

  • Я написал это!

  • What did you write?

  • Hi В.Д.Х. -- I was practicing my Russian when I refreshed YouTube and saw you had a new lesson up. I was just being self-referential, you know, being silly.

  • You know, I originally thought Victor D Huliganov is who you actually were, when I heard your native accent I was a little confused.

  • That's all part of the fun.

  • So good to see these lessons back again!

  • awesome again a lesson. i love this really much.

    great upload :)

  • An absolutely delightful start to the new year! Thank you very much for the video.

  • Worth the wait!

  • Glad to hear that.

  • finaly!!

  • Enjoy.
