Straight, honest talk. A man who expects others to behave maturely and responsibly, and calls us on it when we don't. He had NO chance whatsoever. We're not ready for that.
The man's name is Mike Gravel. While he's well past his prime these days, he is a hero for his Filibustering Nixon's extension of the draft in '71, in his fight to end the people's slavery to government. Please get his name right.
No need to apologize at all. Thanks for changing the video title :) Like I say, he was bullied and mocked out of the nomination process last year - not that he ever had a chance in hell of being nominated - but the coverage he got in the press painted him as a loon. It was expedient and irresponsible, the man is an american hero and, to my mind at least, should be known and remembered as such.
He doesn't grovel to anyone. I know this man personally. People don't want him to speak out that's why he doesn't get attention. People who do things like humiliate Hillary Clinton on stage by exposing her lies don't get a lot of media attention.
DAMN! I guess he told us!!

If Americans are getting fatter and dumber, how are they going to make better decision for themselves.
Sounds like a contradiction to me.

Not really a contradiction. It's a contradiction if it actually happens.
What it sounds like is an inevitable downward spiral to collapse.

Mark the spot, as Gravel grovels for his mark/spot on the news stage.

did you hear what Bill Maher called him? pissed me off a little bit.
He said
"Gravel talks nonsense to power"
ElPadreAmaru 3 years ago
its true. What's frightening is that Maher sees it as a silly thing. Its the only thing.
If power likes you, your corrupt.
