@Absolhunter251 Well, first off, you'll need something like WinRAR to open it. Once you open the zipped file, run GXSCC.exe and press OK when the little window pops up. GXSCC will appear. When it does, drag and drop any MIDI file into it and it automatically converts it into something that sounds like old 8-bit music. Once you've done that and are satisfied with how it sounds click the button at the top that says "Authoring", save your file, and you're done. ^ ^
