I saw Mason at an outdoor concert - Iles St. Helene Montreal 1975. And Cobo in 1979 and finally in an accoustic set at The Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. The most underrated guitarist of all time. Loved it's sound. His All Along The Watchtower was second to none ( He played rhythm on it for Hendrix )

Does anyone know when and where this was filmed? I saw Dave Mason back in 1978. This video looks and sounds exactly like the tour I saw him on.

This was probably early 80's by looking at them, they toured together and I saw them in a bowling alley in the late 80's. Certified Live came out in November 1976, saw Dave with his whole band at the sacramento memorial autditorium on December 22nd 1976. They toured as a band, they were amazing, We just disagree came out in 1977 and Jim Kreuger who is playing with dave wrote that song. so i didnt answer your question but a couple factoids

Besides my 4 beautiful children, the only other good thing that came out of my marriage was listening to my husbands album of Dave Mason for the first time. That was 33 years ago and to this day , that is still one of my favorite songs.. such bittersweet memories.
