  • @jeanettdavis's Lets say, just as an example that you want to be calm and relaxed before a big test in school. This is what you do:

    You first need find a situation where you're absolutely happy and relaxed, and when youve found it, close your eyes and do the "aaahhh" sound.

    Do that over and over a few times with about 5 seconds interwall. Then go do something else.

    The next time youre nervous about a test, just do the "aaaaahh" sound and itll take you back to that wonderfull, relaxed feeling.
