  • A lot more impressive than the one in Houston. I'm jealous you could record--no phones or cameras allowed in the Houston exhibit :-/

  • @schatze78 Oh it sure was; What I did not film was the entrance. You first climb up passing some smaller items and then you suddenly look down on this big space where the group is displayed. Totally an Indiana Jones feeling. It's been 2 years and still I get goose bumps.

  • Cool Puppy, are you sure those aren't your lawn ornaments?

  • They are now :~)

  • You have wonderful taste

  • You knew THAT when I subscribed to you. :-)

  • Most assuredly Puppy! I knew it even if you didn't sub me LOL Love your humor and creativity!!

  • This was really nice thanks for sharing:)

  • Glad to have been there. Thanks

  • nniiiiiiiiccceeeeeeee

  • It is, isn't it?

  • yes it sure is

  • This was a wonderful video, I really enjoyed watching this. Amazing, the rituals of long ago, the artistry and work that went into sending someone to the hereafter.

  • Not to mention the scale. They suspect over 16.000 of those big guys.

Thanks. Though I could use a better camera.

  • Missed these at the British Museum (booked out for ages!!) so thanks for showing here, very nice. It must be NIGHTMARE to transport this exhibition...!

  • Talking booked out:

They get in a week what they usually get in a year. This was our second try. first try the line was 4 hours.... by that time the museum would be closed.

  • So true.

  • And little did the people who created this army know, or even imagine, that some of its 'soldiers's would travel the world 1000's of years later, and be seen by so many.. Fantastic! Thank you for sharing.. :)

  • In a way this is better suited for the 'basic modeling' channel...though I would not really call this basic anymore. :)

    Thanks Robert.

  • This is way beyond basic modelling.. :)

  • am so envious of not seeing these when they to scotland. The are amazing!! Hope the family enjoyed them, bit i like then better with out paint!! lol =)

  • That was my idea too. But I have seen chinese professional paint jobs.. they looked nothing like that. It was a very crude job.

  • Erg mooi.

  • Ja hè?

The rest is also worth seeing.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this with us. It's so interesting. ~Tammi~

  • Not to mention impressive. Youre welcome.
