if this would have been my first tune on the violin i wouldnt have hated the lessons! I'm trying to learn tin whistle now and this is the first tune I am learning. nice to see other beginner playing it as slow as i do ;)

3 lessons? You're doing really well! I hate this particular polka (no matter who's playing it). Jeez, after 3 lessons I think I'd still be trying to figure out which end of the bow to hold :)

LOL! Well, I did buy a mute but it only makes it a bit quieter. I think she's sick of this tune already - it's the only one I can (sort of) play.
