Actually its very easy. In this area there are other complicated things such as bouncing two irregular shapes. This video is very easy to make:
The circunference of the ball is split in segments, then each segments is checked for collisions by looking at the brightness of the video pixels. If any of them collides, we can calculate the angle and use basic trigonometry to actually "bounce" the circle. I am making a faster version with extra things. Thanks for the comment.
