For the garage to make sense and have a car inside....Just apply on a job and when the car pool appears...:

1.go to buy mode

2.ctrl+shift+c

3.type inside the box: move_objects on

4.move the car pool into the garage!

xDD i know it sounds dumb, but atleast the garage has some sense.

@MsCarl22 Actually TheHalo3spartan117 is right I used SIms 2 and it was very slow to load, But when i tried sims 1 it was better loading sims 2 was almost 1 gb, and sims 1 superstar was also 1 gb but it was more faster to load so SIMS 1 is better, SIMS 2 might be in 3d but its slow because of the 3d part......

I use that, and I also use the car pools with "moveobjects_on" and you just move the car into the garage, really awesome and fun, they beep for a while but then they stop - maybe the guys die or some shit, lawl, epic fail if they do.

you can always use move objects_on and steal the car from your worrk and put it in ther :}

or just make the inside into a home theatre

You can't buy a car, though you can download cars form various websites. And even if you don't have a car, you might wanna have a garage for aesthetic reasons...

Like it says in the description, it is not at all functional and is purely for aesthetic purposes. However, you can download cars, from almost every Sims exchange site, my personal favourite is TheSims1Resource.

The cars are also NOT functional, but you can commane your Sim to clean it.

there is no car on sims 1. u need to download them from an internet site. however, it's only used as a decorative piece of object.
