  • what rep range do you recommend for squat and bench because im 17 and squated 315x15 adn bench 225x12 (i play football) weighing in at 200 LBs and it feels like im getting weeker instead of stronger

  • @00000asc do you do this many reps each time you do these exercises?

  • @BigJimYo what do you mean by that

  • @00000asc like did you only do 315x15 for a max rep count or do you do 15 reps every day you decide to squat. you might have a problem with doing too many reps. for strength you would benefit from doing 6-8 reps of whatever weight allows you to do 6-8 reps instead of doing so many reps if you know what i mean.

  • was this filmed on a calculator?

  • yeah u quit benching for a while and then go back if u keep going and dont rest your chest u will plateau nit my opionin a friend of mine who benches 500 lbs told me

  • Nice lifting! Do you have any suggestions for what to do if your bench has been stuck at a certain weight for a long period of time?

  • yes ..wait and keep working ...your joints are catching up and healing. every lifter goes through it. Your joints unfortunatley take a long time to get strong..after you beat this ..you will skyrocket in weight.

  • thats power right there, good job
