Hi there :-) I own alot of the 2D fightinggames you where talking about in the comments here arround, but Street Fighter Alpha 3 is that one, that i like as most of all of them. Its fast, it includes all clasic fighters and a lot of new charakters and you have even the possibility to set up your charakter. Anyway, here is my question. Is it possible to play Alpha 3 for the PSP also with an linkcable in the versus mode? That would be a reason for me to get a PSP...

i dont know how to link it because until now i didnt bought one - but the question that is important for me is: does it support an versus mode? ^^...

If yes, then i could buy 2 of them and fight against my colleges at work in the break ;-)

Yep it does have a versus mode, and you can just go wireless, so you can kick your colleagues asses with it!!!

I keep hearing 3rd Strike is the best one. I haven't played it yet but one thing I gotta say. The music's awesome. I'm having a lot of fun listening to them on youtube. If you haven't hear any of them, you should hear them, Magus. Imagine Cowboy Bebop's music with Samurai Champloo's music. Best way I can describe it.

Nice! Street Fighter Alpha is the bomb! Also, you really aughta try out the Real Bout Series from SNK. It the Fatal Fury series with a much faster pace!

PSP is the most ideal for games of this type as in 2d fighters,im really pleased that there is another street fighter out specialy ALPHA series,im looking forward to STREETFIGHTER 4 will u be checking that out some time???

Go get Street Fighter Alpha Anthology for the Playstation 2 its way better. You get Alpha 1,2,2gold,3 and Pocket Fighter. A bonus Secret Ultimate Street Fighter Alpha! A only two plyer versus. That let you use Charecter lets say Ryu from Alpha 1 vs Ryu from Alpha 2 gold etc. Plus Marvel Ism modes and boss Ism. You can use the bosses type. Like super M.Bison. The only thing I didn't like was you can pick the old school 12 SF2 Champion Edition. They are to powerful! But a better game.

Good review,I Own both the original PSX version and the PSP version, my favs to use are Ryu,Maki,Sakura,Karin,Ken, and Chun li

I loved the World Tour mode on Street Fighter Alpha 3 on the PS1.

And I just picked up this game recently, haven't played it yet.
